Field of market research is facing an existential crisis. AI is much more capable to give quality and unbiased insights and is rapidly surpassing human capabilities in many aspects of market research. The so-called "decorated professionals" in this field often prioritise their own perspectives over the realistic needs of the market. Given these factors, and considering the current wave of layoffs in the industry, will these professionals would choose the same career path if they had the opportunity to do so again ?

Interesting perspective. It would be nice to see how the AI VS human story unfolds not just inr research but across industries and professions.
