    Awesome! I have a 1.0 XP and 3.0 XP long range. Thank you for all the valuable information. I want 100 miles of range. So maybe that 30 Ah battery would do the trick.

    On my 3.0 I usually just carry 2 batteries on a strong tool bag inside my food delivery package on the rear, when my battery dies I just swap. My range is quite bad tho compared to what u mention, I get like 15-17 mikes on my 14ah, and 8-11 miles on my 10ah each x2 basically do like 30-32 miles with 3 batteries, I do try going pedal assist 4/5 most the time but I pedal and I am 170-180 pounds in weight.

    My XP 1.0 high step battery is getting weak after about 10 miles of mostly throttle and 1,000 miles total time and I'm going to get your balancer and a 20ah battery to mount on the rear rack (trunk). Looks like the 20A Dual Battery Discharge Balancer Kit with XT60 and T-Plug Adapters is what I need. Thanks.

    Do you have any videos or links to instructions on how to add a battery to the Lectric XP Trike? We really loved this vide. Hubby & I have the Lectric XP Trike 1.0. It came with 48V / 14 Amp battery. Husband is trying to add a 2nd battery bought from AliExpress - 48V / 14 Amp, but a different size than the one that came with Trike. We bought the same battery balancer kit as shown on this video. The new 2nd battery has a red and a black wire that is raw at the end - not sure what to do with that. Also, can't see a battery controller box on the Trike that is anywhere similar to the box you open up on the bike. Can you give us any tips or advice? Thank you!!

    I have a 3.0, so basically all I need is the dual balancer ? Btw I have 2, 14ah Lectric XPedition batteries. I can use 1 to add to my 3.0

    • @ElectricAllWheel
      @ElectricAllWheel  2 місяці тому

      You will need the kit with the balancer as well as adapter for your factory batteries and/or mounting plate for your XPedition battery

    Hey there, the link for the Hailong is showing a 36 volt 8 amp battery, i dont see any 48 v 10 amp option. Is there something i seeing wrong?

      Hello. There are two links to the 48V battery in the description. At each link there are multiple battery options using the same style bag. Please make sure and select the battery of your choice for the links selection.

    Which connection does the original battery connect to on the balancer? Does it really matter?

    • @ElectricAllWheel
      @ElectricAllWheel  5 місяців тому

      Consider the battery connections on the balancer as equal. Doesn’t matter.

    I have a extra 60 volt battery i want to add as a second duel would the controller handle the difference on the 3.0

    • @ElectricAllWheel
      @ElectricAllWheel  2 місяці тому +1

      …not sure if the controller can tolerate the voltage overage…
      …we do recommend staying within the spec limits of the bike…

      Thank you so much for the reply, one more question and I'll leave you alone promise, my other lectric bike 2.0 the battery is shot, I have a 56volt battery I want to run as my everyday battery, will the controller be ok with that battery instead of the 48volt that came with it? Thanks again for your time , have a good day

    • @ElectricAllWheel
      @ElectricAllWheel  2 місяці тому

      If you are adding to a Lectric XP, you only need the 20A balancer as suggested in the videos.

    Howdy. Found this video in a Lectric social media group, (FB) and this kind of stuff is way over my head. I have a Jackery 300 Expedition that I’m interested in using for extended range (would keep in my rear basket/waterproof Ortlieb bag). Is this feasible? Subbed and thank you!

    Will the lectric battery charger charge both batteries or only the stock battery?

    • @ElectricAllWheel
      @ElectricAllWheel  3 місяці тому

      The Lectric charger will charge 48V batteries with the same DC charger port
