THE LEFT ARE VERY RELIGIOUS.

100 million innocent people have died at the hands of over-bearing, tyrannical government leaders in the last 100 years and ALL of them were secular. Leftism in itself is a religion and leftist activist’s expect you to conform to their ideology or be cast-out of society.
The left have their own faith based ideas. They have simply substituted the traditional Christian/Judaea religion for their own secular human, social and environmental based cult.
G.K Chesterton once famously said “When people stop believing in God, they don't just believe in nothing, they begin to believe in everything.”
It’s unfortunate but with the demise of Christianity in the west, people are now flocking to “substitute” religions for any semblance of inherent meaning. Environmentalism, sexism, humanism, feminism, socialism, marxism, transgenderism …etc. These are all just “substitute” religions for those who have adopted the cult-like mantra of subjective truth. Any time leftism has gained significant power and authority it has left ruin, destruction and death in its path. Leftism produces poverty and genocide. It destroys anybody unwilling to conform and bow down.
