I watched a video on how to draw clouds for the first time about 8 years ago, after finding it through some strange website. Since then, I graduated from university, got married, and found a job as a 2D animator. I've been watching your channel ever since and I see that you're still releasing great tutorials. Thank you!
Absolutely fantastic work and tutorial! So refreshing to see actual technique and thought put into the work amidst all the AI workflows flooding youtube > > Made a parallax piece before but definitely will be using some of the methods here on the next one !
An absolute perfect work from an amazing artist! McLelun, you are the best inspiration in this kind of works :) Once again, thanks a lot for share with us your knowledge!
so cool! I've been following you since you made this boss on the motorcycle toon shader blender tutorial which I really loved :D and now I found that you made this video about exactly what I was looking for, thanks so much!
Amazing work ! i would like to know the technique you used to make the crazy render of the train windows frame at the beginning ot the video. Did you make it in blender or illustrator and Photoshop ? Could we have a tutorial for that, i ll be freaking happy ! Thank you !
Do you mean the rain effect? I use CC rainfall for it. as for the water on the glass. I follow videocopilot tutorial. As the image, it is a photo paint over.
Not yet, maybe in the future. I am just using a lens flare image. But I remember seeing a screenshot Makoto Shinkai is using the optical flare plugin from videocopilot
@@Mclelun Yeah I really want to learn how to create Makoto Shinkai style animation in Photoshop then After Effects. Your PS skills are really good and I hope to learn AE animation skills as well. Looking forward!! :D
Wait you are doing it manually?! I was sure you are just gonna use 3d layer since it does parallax movement for you and you don't have to animate each layer but good job!
