i dont mean to be so offtopic but does anyone know a trick to get back into an instagram account?? I stupidly forgot my password. I love any tips you can give me.
All those things were floating around in my consciousness to some degree, but wrapping them up in a neat little package was very effective, Jesse! This is one I'll bookmark to keep reminding me of the basic "rules" of successful producing. (BTW, I've gotten two more placements since I told you about my very first awhile back. This is getting more and more fun:)
@@ProducerBossB: I've gotten 6 placements in a show called 'Taste of History' on PBS and one on an Australian TV show (can't remember the name... 'Junk' something, about finding lost treasures in the Outback) through FlikTrax. None paid out much, but it's always cool to get a placement. They're good to work with, but admittedly, for the number of tracks of mine they've accepted and said were "perfect" for what they needed, the placements have been few and far between.
@@ProducerBossB: I've gotten a few placements with FlikTrax, and have signed 6 songs to Crucial Music. Also sold a batch of my 90's songs outright to D2Music and one was placed in an HBO series.
Cool Beans Jes! Got more out of your 2 cents [minutes] than those who give advice on syncs and the viewer knows no more than they did when they intially started 👀 ... Great tips Jes as usual. Thank you so much. Blessings🙏🏽
Hi, nice series (and challenging I guess!). Now, I have this dilemna... we want a big crescendo... but we also want the listener to dive very quickly in the "meat" of our track, so... How do you achieve this? I tend to always have intro and then chorus just after that... What would you recommend?
Every track will have a different structure, but you can get into the "meat" of a mood with a verse and/or build-up. "Meat" doesn't mean a BIG part of the track - it just means solid emotional vibe that's very clear right from the start.
@@SyncMyMusic thank you Jesse for this excellent answer! The idea is to make the listener know immediately if the track is right for them. Yep, I understand, totally makes sense!
after making the track in the structure that you outlined here, how good does the sound quality have to be? I'm not skilled enough to make production quality tracks myself so what the companies are looking for?
The Coda! A concluding section of a piece of music, often serving to bring the composition to a formal close! Awesome stuff. Thanks so much.
Yet to implement some of these tips but all your videos are golden man. Nice one.
Great tips! Thanks!
Glad they help!
Great direction! Thanks
Hey, I´m new with sync music and this video is very helpful. Thank you very much!!!!
Great info again Jesse! I especially liked the last pro tip about making your ending a little more interesting than just a hard sting. Thank you!

What Platform are you using to get Sync Placements bro? TIA

Hi there, could I ask what is the best length for a piece of music please...? Thanks :-)
No such thing. It all depends on the needs of the song and what the Library will accept.
Really helpful - thank you! Could you tell me...How long does a track need to be ideally for sync?
2-3 minutes is the usually requested length.
Greetings, meet you all .......Nice
cheers, good to know~
THAT was not two minutes
but THAT was just great! :-)

You need to bring excellent quality tracks to Production Music Libraries. They will not accept "demos" or tracks that sound like a rough-mix.
Whats the best length for a sync beat? Around one minute ?
2-3 minutes is the usual requirement for most Libraries.
This applies to only vocal music, or to instrumentals as well? Thanks!
Both!
Excellent
hah nailed it !!
You might need to change it to 3 minute..😂 good stuff
Nah, 2 minutes is more challenging (i.e. makes it more fun!)
Dope!!!!
I’d be curious to see what you think of a song we do called Bot Destroyer 🤖💥
Most of our work is written to fill airwaves. Not too long not too short.

Not a bad attempt to make it in 2mins, very close, but it is indeed alot of info and the more info the better.
