      ENGLISH:
      If you pair sensors to different zones, the LED that belongs to a zone will light up if the sensor in that zone is triggered. Be aware, the respective LED will only light up for about 3 seconds, after which all 4 LEDs will light up. The zones are convenient when you want to change the setup for a zone. For instance, if you like to remove a sensor from one zone and replace it with another sensor type. In this case, just delete the settings for that respective zone, and pair the new sensor(s). The advantage is that you will not need to completely delete all settings and reconfigure the system. Just change the settings for the specific zone you'd like to change.
      To pair sensors to different zones, enter pairing mode for sensors by long pressing the SET button once followed by a short press of the SET button for zone 1 as described in the video. Then, for zone 2 you short press the SET button again and activate the sensor that needs to be guarding that zone. For zone 3, you short press the SET button again and activate that respective sensor and so on for zone 4. You can pair multiple sensors in each zone. To store the settings, short press the On/Off button. Make sure your system is in active mode, and all should work just fine.

    Hi there, I have same setup and it doesn't work for me. While one remote can activate booth alarms than it can't switch them off (even in close proximity and new batteries) than the other remote activates chime mode on other alarm... is just crazy and confusing ... I did fallowed this movie like 10 times with not results ... could you please let me know how to reset all sensors alarms ? I did followed instruction as well but not success.

    thanks for the first pretty understandable answer. a 2nd question: when a door or a window is opened the siren starts to sound. what does it happen if the door or the window is then closed? does the sound stop or it can be stop only if deactivated?

    • @tiiweede
      @tiiweede 6 років тому +1

      Dear Flavio, the siren can be stopped by using the remote control or manually via one of the buttons on the side of the A1 Siren. The siren will not be stopped by just closing the door or window. The alarm system is intended to scare away intruders when they try to enter. Most burglars will be scared away by the very loud siren. We advise to place the Siren on a somewhat hidden position just in case a burglar is courageous and tries to enter anyway. Gerard/ Tiiwee

    Si possono utilizzare 6 / 7 sensori con 3 unità allarme e 2 telecomandi? Non riesco a fare funzionare la terza unità allarme. Non capisco dove sbaglio. Grazie se vorrai/potrai rispondere. Ciao

    Ok. When the sensor is triggered, can I put another magnet (or the same magnet) back in position to make it stop anyway?

    • @gerardusgeilen2000
      @gerardusgeilen2000 6 років тому +1

      Hi Alexander, no that will not stop the siren. The siren can only be stopped by using the remote control or by using the buttons on the device itself.

    Hello ! What's the lifetime of the battery ? Can we plug the siren in the wall ? Thanks a lot

    • @tiiwee985
      @tiiwee985  6 років тому

      The battery life time is between 3 and 6 months depending on the usage. The A1 Siren is solely battery operated and cannot be connected to the mains power supply.

    Hello! I have previously purchased a combination of the A1 starter kit and was thinking of expanding my system. I have three questions
    1. I have noticed that you have changed the design for both the controller and the sensors. Will these work the same way as the old ones (and therefore can be incorporated into my existing setup)?
    2. I am interested in the x3 home kit. Can I combine both the sensors and alarm unit to my existing system? (Meaning the existing a1-siren will turn on and off at the same time as the X3 unit)
    3. I live in Sweden and noticed that Amazon.de ship the X3 to Sweden. Do you ship to Sweden If I buy directly from your website?
    /Gurli

      Dear Gurli, thank you for your question. Let me answer your questions one by one.
      1. The sensor (TWWS02) we currently include with our kits is a more elegant and solid design, but in principle it works the same as the previous version (TWWS01). You can connect any of our door/window or PIR sensors to our A1, X1 and X3 sirens as long as they are part of the Tiiwee Home Alarm System. When in doubt, just let us know.
      2. As the X3 is concerned, it is important to know that it does not communicate to other sirens (like the A1, X1 and X3). So, if you inactivate the X3, other sirens will not be inactivated. The siren that could be used with an existing A1 is either another A1 or an X1. The X1 has been equipped with better battery capacity and 2 volumes for the doorbell sound, as well as an indicator that shows if it armed or not.
      So, in summary, you can connect your existing sensors to an X3, but you cannot have the X3 operate another A1, X1 or X3 siren. The remote control(s) you have can also be connected to another A1, but not to an X3 (as this is designed to be used with a PIN code only).
      I hope this helps. If you need any further help, just let us know. You can find additional X3/X1 downloads on our website. You can also reach us via info@tiiwee.com.
      Best regards, Gerard/ Tiiwee

    which is the max range in meters among the acoustic siren and the door sensors?

    • @tiiweede
      @tiiweede 6 років тому

      Dear Flavio, it depends a bit on the thickness of the walls in your house and the materials they are made off. However, a range of 10-15 meters max can be covered in most circumstances. I've personally tested the reach without any walls in-between (like in the case of a garden shed which needs to be guarded from afar), and in this case I could reach 50 meters easily. However, in your home the reach will be less. In most cases, 3 floors can be covered as well. Best regards, Gerard/ Tiiwee

    Hello, , what is approx the range between the devices? I suppose there is a battery life time span? tks J

    • @tiiwee985
      @tiiwee985  6 років тому

      Hi Jimmy, my apologies for the late response. The range depends on the number and type of obstructions between the receiver and transmitter. Without any obstruction, the range is roughly 100 meters. In a house, depending on the thickness and type of walls and ceilings, up to 2-3 floors can be covered. Best regards, Gerard/ Tiiwee

    Does it work with Tiiwee X1 ?

    • @tiiwee985
      @tiiwee985  4 роки тому

      Hello Frank, all components from the Tiiwee Home Alarm System are compatible. This means you can connect these sensors and remote controls to an X1 as well. What we do not advise is to mix A1 and X1 sirens within one system, as they react slightly different to the signals from the remote control. Connecting remote controls and door sensors also is done slightly different (but just as easy). For detailed advice, you can always refer to info@tiiwee.com. We also provide telephone assistance. Best regards, Gerard/ Tiiwee

      Hi. One of your replies says you can have a X1 siren and an A1 siren.
      Another reply says not to mix X1 and A1 sirens. I’d like another siren. Thinking of getting an X1.
      Will that be ok ?

    bonjour est ce que je peut faire la meme chose avec deux system x1 ? et comment ? merci

      Oui ça marche parfaitement, en gros tu achète ton pack avec ta première sirène X1 + capteurs et télécommandes inclus , le tout est déjà pré configuré d'usine donc tu n'as rien à faire de spécial et puis si tu veux mettre une sirène supplémentaire, tu achète une sirène X1 seul à coté. rien de plus simple
      Par contre, pour la seconde sirène X1 (seul) tu devras juste lui faire reconnaitre tes capteurs et les télécommandes que tu possède déjà avant de la fixé sur ton mur. Tout est noté sur le petit carnet que tu reçois en français avec ton pack de départ.
      Ps: Si ta une question n'hésite pas, j'ai monté mon ensemble hier et ça marche à merveille, mes deux alarmes X1 marche en simultané avec tous mes capteurs de portes et fenêtres. ( les sirènes peuvent être éloignés par rapport aux capteurs de 25 mètres environ)
