Thank you for this great video, I've only done foundation paper piecing 1 time and it was not a very good experience but your instructions are very helpful. I will be trying another time to foundation paper piece.

A helpful tool to fold back on the line, is to cut a piece of template plastic align it on the line, and fold back. It helps get a crisp straight fold the first time, particularly when filing longer/larger lines.

I use my hot hemmer. It is the thinnest and strongest of the commonly used folders

Does your pattern include measurements or templates for cutting the fabric piece you sew to the paper? That seems to be difficult for me.

Yes. It includes the measurements for the pieces.

Did you print out the pattern on a copier?

You get 1 copy in the pattern and make more on a standard copier. Then you tape them together. The version in the pattern is on 8-1/2'' x 11'' so you can really just go to any copy store to copy or do it on your printer at home if you have that feature. If you buy the PDF you just print the templates multiple times.
