      Short answer is a hard NO.
      I’ve been practicing IF for almost 2 years now, and I made a LOT of mistakes early on that made the process much harder than needed. You can easily find web information supporting this as a yes or a no, which misguided me as well. I spent the first 3 months of IF when I started chugging green tea as much as I could drink. I had the strong will to make it to 16hrs fasting but I was white knuckling it ever day to get to 1pm. Turned out the issue was the Stevia sweetened green tea even though just like LMNT it still has zero calories. Simple explanation is you taste sweet anything, whether it’s stevia, crystal lite. LMNT, diet soda, flavored coffee, herbal or flavored tea and for most people you get a spike and crash, and in turn hungry. So whether it affects the Autophagy or other health benefits of the fast who knows, but what it does do for most is make fasting never get easy. When I stared listening to the fast feast repeat podcast it all made sense. Anything other than plain water, plain black unflavored coffee, or black or green tea that just has 1 ingredient is considered “dirty fasting”. Making this 1 change to a “clean fast” unsweetened green tea made IF so simple and easy. No more white knuckling I can go as long as I need without any noticeable hunger now. My advice is when you are new to IF, don’t mess around with any “is this ok when fasting?” Questions for at least the first month for your body to get fat adapted. Once you know your body in that way you could then try some of these ? things, but you almost immediately could then feel how your body reacted if your starved shortly after. Seen this mistake more times than not with a lotta bad outdated info coming from the keto world where stevia and coffee with cream and lemon water were all considered safe during a fast. Just try clean first and make it easy on yourself. I use unflavored LMNT when fasting, and save the flavored ones and the hot chocolate ones for my eating window

      Im pretty sure i remember her saying during another live stream that she only drinks the unflavored LMNT during her fasting window. She has a amazing video about what breaks a fast and what doesnt in your coffee on youtube it really helped me a lot
