For a few S-boats more - Douglas A-20 anti shipping, IL☆2

A short story in IL-2 Great Battles, Battle of Kuban, 1943.
from a solo flight in multiplayer on the Wings of Liberty Server, in VR.
Mission: Finishing off disabled S-boats left after a german attack. The S-boats are dead in the water but might still have flak and fighter cover. Destroy them before they can be put back into service!
Highlights:
Attacking S-Boats: min 2:55
Two Bf109s intercept: min 5:17
Epic crash: min 6:15
Three german Schnellboats were destroyed, together with the target on the map.
I don't know why they didn't shoot at me more, the last boat did hit my fuel tank on the right wing, though.
The bomb dropped on the second S-boat must have struck the torpedo in the tube which exploded instantly, the bomb itself exploded after the 5 second delayfuse ran out, hence two explosions.
The A-20 is very sturdy beast that took the blast, but the damage caused me to fly near the cost where the germans were waiting....

Really? REALLY? What, were all the boats abandoned by their crews, and just sitting there, unprotected?
Doesn't jive with any historical scenarios re S-boots I've read...just sayin'.

haha true that, I didn't program the multiplayer targets😉 the last one did shoot and hit me if you look closely. let's just say they were out of fuel and mostly out of ammo with one guy on board ringing the bell😂
