Unlike a desktop cpu, a laptop cpu hitting above 90 are expected due to its cooling perfomance, even tho this intel cpu can handle >90° playing long sesions its not recommended, u can cap game fps to 60 fps or 30 plus, reduce screen to 720p resolution or undervolt cpu

What is your ram on ur pc, the way u describe seems like its using not your gpu but your cpu integrated graphics

my radeon RX vega is working well 16 gigs ddr4 and ryzen 5 2600 everything on high not epic
How's the ryzen temp when running high settings?
It is better to buy rtx 4060 or rtx 3070
4060 is more power efficiency, in adition is more affordable, 3070 has more performance and higher tdp

I have 98 degrees celsius with thermal gryzzly on every game with i5 10300h its totally normal on a laptop
