The power on is normal. That's an integrated animation for power on. The installation shouldn't take more than 45min tops if you watched my video prior a few times. If you are doing it with zero guidance then yes it will take forever because the connections go in differently. The fitment won't be 100% because they are not OEM so you have to work with it in some cases. What you saw in my video is me going at it first end no retakes. I did one side first to learn and then did the other side on camera. Sorry if you had a bad experience. Do note I sold 1000+ of these lights and I have had awesome feedback on install and experience. I put on some new aftermarket ones a couple of weeks ago but they're the new style that just came out. I did use BoostedWhipz video as a reference but I actually didn't take off as much as he did. I didn't get a chance to view your whole video yet but it's not necessary to take all the mid section off. You only want to do the edges so that u could just easily swap out the inner trunk lights. You don't need to take the rear camera off or anything. I got done pretty quick and the only tricky part was getting those black covers on for the outer taillights.
How bright are the lights when the brake is pressed? I’ve been looking at these lights but from all the videos I’ve seen the brake lights don’t look like they get much brighter than the running lights. Thanks.
I like your honestly and I can relate so much with running into unexpected speed bumps when working on cars. Question however, not 100% related to your video but, I'm looking to replace just the turn signal light bulbs on my 10th gen and judging from the video, it looks like I'll have to remove the corner taillights to access them don't I?
I had the same exact issues when installing mines. I broke the same piece on the inside trim and fiddled with this plastic trims for 20 mins to 😂 shit was pissing me off
Ok, Just making sure. Thinking about getting these or the V4. Have you had any type of issues with them like condensation, water going inside or flickering issues?
@@theeverydayguy Thanks for the info! Just weighing out my options and didn't want it to void my warranty for the lights part since most dealer will blame everything on aftermarket parts for breaking the OEM parts.
I installed same lights 2018 accord and everything fit well had a issue with the reverse the lights worked fine the camera not working

can you explain little more about inner section? you just made it loose so it can be slightly lifted to have access to lights? thanks
