Love this show, always have since the beginning... there is only ONE thing I cannot stand out of all the games and actors... drew needs to take it easy with the doorbell. He rings it like an insane person or the way an annoying child would. All that being said, party quirks is still a favorite game of mine. It feels good to get that off my chest.
He had to keep the scene moving. It was just a reality of how Whose Line was filmed - they had roughly three to five minutes per game, and they had to get it all in that time. While it would be nice if they could have taken their time, let everyone make their jokes, they just couldn't. The multiple doorbell ringing is to remind Chip (or whoever) that they need to move on to the next guest. Maybe it seems like he was being an annoying child, but he was actually just doing his job. Think of it this way - would you rather he didn't, and let the introductions go on way too long, and then not have time for all the craziness that ensues when everyone is on the stage?

God this show was gold during the Drew Carey hosting era. Brings me back to the late 90s early 00s so hard when i didn’t miss an episode.

It’s really annoying when you can tell that the “host” has a joke in mind, and drew cuts them off by ringing the doorbell
