    Thank you very much Sensei. I had almost given up on Japanese but your lessons have been a great help. I really appreciate the time and efforts that you put in making these videos. Kanji now seems a tad easy after going through your lessons. I am blessed to have you as my Guru.

    Thank you so much for these videos! I am learning Japanese by myself, and find your presentations extremely helpful - especially when you distinguish between the -on and -kun readings. I am most grateful for the effort you have put into these, and other presentations.

    Sensei, Thank you for making this video. Please continue to make more. I would like to see more elementary kanji videos for grades 4th, 5th and 6th. That would be amazing for your youtube community.

We usually do not say "唐辛子ラーメンをとる". We say "唐辛子ラーメンを食べる". "ラーメンをとる"というのは、"ラーメンの出前(でまえ)をとる"という意味では使います。It is used in the sense of taking ramen delivery.
      ふつう、"食事をとる"といいます。Usually, we say "食事をとる(to have[take?] a meal)". "軽食" is "軽い食事", so "軽食をとる" is "軽い食事をとる". In this case, とる is 取る, perhaps. Similarly, "睡眠(すいみん sleep)をとる(取る)" is "to take[have] a sleep", "休憩(きゅうけい rest)をとる(取る)" is "to take a rest".
      There is also "栄養(えいよう nutrition)をとる(摂る)" = "to take nutrition".
      Other "とる" are... "写真をとる(撮る)" = "to take a photograph", "畑(はたけ)で野菜をとる(採る)" = "to harvest vegetables in the field", "魚をとる(捕る)" = "to catch[capture] fish", "新入社員をとる(採る=採用(さいよう)する)" = "to hire new employees", etc. (Sorry, too much).
      唐辛子ラーメンには気をつけてくださいね!(笑)
      いつも お心づかいいただき、ありがとうございます。

      ああ!わかりました, ありがとうございます. 私のために, あなたの味噌汁の絵はとても 美しいですよ(笑). 具は豆腐と海藻と唐辛子です(笑). はい, 唐辛子ラーメンには気をつけます. 私もいつもお心づかいいただき、ありがとうございます. またね!

    Maybe 血(ち) is more used in every day Life to say blood, and 血液(けつえき) is more official use in medical terms in the hospital or University...
    I'm not sure 🤷

    Hi Sensei. A curiosity, how long does a (japanese) student takes to learn a single grade completely, in average? Thanks in advance for the good japanese educational content.

    • @learningkanji3930
      @learningkanji3930  7 років тому +1

      Hi, rodrigueskorn-san. Thank you for watching and for your comment. This "grade" means "school year", so a single grade for one year. ありがとうございます。

    By 区 i think u mean "district/region" but i could be wrong
    This is with the tokyo places examples

    • @learningkanji3930
      @learningkanji3930  7 років тому

      Yes, 区 means "district/region/area/ward". "division", divided area, often administrative. "Manhattan District" is "マンハッタン区(地区)". 地区(ちく chiku) is "district/section/sector/region/area". The similar word is "区域(くいき)" = "area/zone/domain". "区画(くかく)" is "section/division/compartment". "区間(くかん)" is "section(length, not area)", "区切る(くぎる)" is "to punctuate", etc.
      The unit of administrative division of Japan is from the bigger one, 地方(ちほう)→都・道・府・県(とどうふけん)→市(し)→区(く)・町(まち, ちょう)・村(むら, そん) . Thank you very much. Tokyo is somewhat special, 23 districts/wards (区) and other municipalities like 市・町・村 are in parallel level.
      Thank you very much.
