I've complimented you on your running, how you handle what life trows at you and how you come out trough UA-cam as a person. Now I also have to compliment the modelling. You are NOT to old. No matter the age, you radiate "stunning". And you are so much making a wonderful home! Stay happy 🙂
Your home, those bright windows and views of city and country, that hat rack... love it!! I hope it's finished soon so you can enjoy it! Hopefully the fact that many elite ultra runners are in their 30s-40s will help with this shoot! (One of the many reasons I love this sport... you're not washed up at 30, you're just getting rolling! 😂) 🤞 What a great turnout for your run!! I wish I could be involved in something like that!
Wow, great renovations, Flora! The workshop/garage is a nice looking space for Fian's soon-to-be "mancave", as we say here in the US! Your vision to bring in more light via the full-length glass doors is brilliant; I hope you two reap the benefits when the weather turns colder, as well as really enjoy the views from the loft area, balloon festival or not! Also, your clothes airer is something right off of my own pages here at home, as I never put my running attire through the tumble dryer when I can hang them up instead. And finally your homemade hat rack is of interest; I always thought of baseball-style caps to be something of an American attire accent, but it seems like maybe they're catching on in the UK? Anyway, best of everything with running and renovating alike!
What great to have such an packed overview of a single day. Awesome to see the progress on the house as well. Loved this video as variety! All the best Flora.
What a lovely vlog! I am amazed by all the house progress, what a massive difference and I can't even imagine how much hard work that has taken you, and doing all that while also battling EBV.... just wow. I also love the peachy colour of the new extension, looks like that makes it feel warmer too.
@@yves6073 thank you so much!! That colour is a fave - I loved the original plaster, so insisted on painting it back the same colour 😅 so glad you love it! 🥰
The feeling of being too old for modeling at 29 is so wild but also so relatable 😂 I quit during the pandemic because all shoots got canceled. When it was over I felt like my age would be a bit of an disadvantage (I’m from 95) and I already had my height working against me (I’m 1.64m). Everything combined I just never looked back. Until like the past year or so but I really feel like a senior compared to the girls modeling, so not going back.
@@SummerLangereis ahhh no way haha, I’m 95 too. Why do I feel old 😂 at least with sports modelling it’s ALMOST as much about skill as it is age & looks, but not quite 🥲 anyway there are always better things to do than modelling, fun though it is!
Great video thank you! My wife and I have similar diets. I’ve been celiac for a while. Looks like you’re doing great. And I spotted the mighty milk. I like that one. I think the blue one isn’t okay for celiacs if I remember. Keep going. :)
I love your hair these past few videos! Did you get a perm? Or maybe using a new product? Would love if you did a vid or IG story highlight sharing about it 💆🏼♀️. Also, wild to me that 10km is a short/easy run day for you 🤪. It makes sense given your long distances but as someone who ran for years, that’s still LONG. Xo!
@@Paheena1 haha no I got my hair cut and it’s the natural curls coming back! I did a little instagram about it recently but it was a big move for me 😅 so glad you like it! And 10km still feels long, but with the dog run club it always feels easy as we stop so much & chat the whole way ☺️
May I ask why you don’t eat before your runs, especially as a female athlete and with your new diagnosis? (Not least with the influential demographic of your following and your ED past). I think it could be really helpful to film a video with Renee McGregor or another female health expert to explain fuelling as a female athlete 🙂
@@hells9466 when I run more (e.g. every day) I do, and when I run further and/or a hard session I do. But an easy, slow run with much walking I might not, esp if I’ve had a rest day before. I am consistently in a calorie surplus and am very conscious of making sure I get enough of the right foods. You can read articles I’ve written with Renee on my blog

Oh yeh 8:25 we’ve also recently had ebv, so was great seeing the process over the videos. And great to see the process you had was normal in a sense.
