How can one change the default theme colour if colone any website? The primary and secondary colour seems not to work

Use Elementor to change the colors, the cloned content will have a different color from the global color. If you adjust the color of any element and it doesn't change, check the external CCS section with the Elementor softlite addon, it may have the colors.

bro, when i paste the code, in elementor show up text "make sure that both site update elementor bla bla bla" how to fix it ?

If you were trying to copy the entire page, try copying one section at a time.

Daps, I followed exactly your step by step, but realized that my cloned page was not 100% equal to the original. I noticed that the fonts are different, lack of icons and other details. How can I fix these small problems?

That happens when you have a complicated design to clone, to get the best, keep it simple.
In your case, you may need to try it again, sometimes you get better results, or use a different page builder, if you were using Elementor, try Bricks.
If you were using Elementor, make sure you install the Softlite Elementor addon.
If all fails, reach out to their support to look into your issue, they will be happy to help.
