I love this conversation. Stretching and flexibility are things we can easily take for granted and they can have a knock-on effect on other aspects of our health. Thanks for sharing this wisdom!
Another Amazing Video, dense with vital Martial Health information. Always raising Martial and Health awareness from a Man who is the Living Embodiment of Kung Fu, Sifu Mike Reyes! Ging Lai Sifu!

This is great! Trying to get back some flexibility that I've lost over the last several years and this helps me feel better about it, haha. I am starting to see results after a couple months. Flexibility is so dang important.
It is rare to find Highly skilled Martial art practitioners. Far rarer still, is it to find a Practitioner who can express the Tactical precision and Raw Power all hope to achieve. In 38 years of chasing the Martial arts I have only met 4 who live up to that level. Sifu Mike Reyes in my opinion is the Gold standard bearer of Tai Hoi Kung Fu in the United States. 太虚拳 (6 Elbows boxing in Hong Kong). His Tai Hoi Expresses the Advanced application of Elbows, forearms and palms, on Par with the most ruthlessly effective styles of Military Muay Thai boxing. (Muay Boran, Muay Chaiya) The Raw explosive Inch power of Southern Chinese Kung fu (Wing Chun, Southern Mantis & Bak mei, - 爆發寸動力 Duan Ging) And the Academic precision of “Nei jia” Internal Boxing methods. (Rotational pivot point mechanics along the central axis of the Body). In short he is the Sorcerer Supreme of Kansas City Kung Fu, and a Living Martial Treasure All serious Martial Artists should study from.
Amazing who we are lucky to have in KC! Thank you for letting everyone know Mikey!
One Love 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Thank you so much for watching. And keep watching all the new things I will put out. One love.
Great video Uncle Mikey! It reminds me I need to learn more stretches and get some intense physical therapy. It's not fun losing your mobility at 35😢
Also I agree with Tyler: you are the Sorcerer Supreme of Kung Fu ❤
Thanks Marc for your thoughtful reply. They say motion is lotion so we believe that there is healing on the horizon for you! ❤️ Tamar
Love you my Man!
