Welcome to the Guinea Pig Café!
Happy Halloween season! I love this holiday, if you haven’t noticed already. I wanted to get a pumpkin house for the piggies, but couldn’t find what I wanted online. The houses looked too small, or too strange to work. I also tried searching for a tutorial on how to make my own but found nothing. As a result, I came up with my own design and thought I would share it with you!
This is clearly my first sewing material, so sorry if the camera angles are bad or if I didn’t explain a certain step properly. If that’s the case, please let me know in the comments! I always welcome constructive criticism!

👋🏼 thank you for this wonderful tutorial but I have a question: what happened to the round cushion/pee pad? Can you tell me why you need two uhaul circles and in what order you line up the layers. Thanks 😊
Layer it with your fleece materials facing eachother good side to good side, (these are the fluffier side of the material if you're unsure) followed by the two layers of uhaul. I like to do 2 layers so there is more absorption of the urine, it will stay dry longer for your piggies until laundry day. Hope this helps! 😊

Does anyone have a pattern that they wouldn't mind sharing? I love this but I worry my rounded triangles will be too wonky to work.
