My first night ride on The Beast, was on a rainy day that cleared out by evening. Hitting the tunnel with that cool blast is something I’ll never forget. It seemed to run so much faster at night. This was back in the day with buzz bars. Although it’s not an airtime machine, it was wild. I never have had come close to a more memorable coaster ride.
Kings Island probably has the best collection of night rides. I hear Orion, Mystic, Banshee, and even The Bat and Adventure Express have great night rides. Although I never did those at night.

I'll always have a soft spot for Big Thunder at night. (Disneyland) Between the great lighting on the mountain and if you get on during the fireworks...nothing better.

Did a Tatsu holiday in the park night ride the other day and it was a great experience (as was Lex Luthor). Dusk ride: x2 - that view is always great going up the lift hill but with the sun going down it's ridiculous. Big Thunder Mountain is also one of the best night ride experiences.

I’m with you on X2, Tatsu, Orion and Ghostrider. Never got to do the Beast at night though. And it was twilight but not quite dark dark when I rode Steel Vengeance in the evening. Millennium Force and Mystic Timbers are other ones I like at night.

Lighting Rod, Ghostrider, Mako during Christmas when the Sea of Trees is happening, & Expedition Everest ( probably just because getting a night ride on this one is so rare)

Did tatsu at grad night just as the sun was rising. That was really cool!

Got to ride i305 at night during Haunt. One of the best experiences! You rise above the cloud of artificial fog, and see nothing but stars and trees as far as the eye can see. When you finally drop you can’t even see the ground because of thickness of the fog. If you manage to finally see past the fog your right into that turn and grey out.

For X2, I must ask.... what music? What fire effects? Apocalypse and Twisted Collosus are the best 2 night rides at Magic Mountain and it's not even close. Even Revolution is better than X2 and Tatsu at night.
