Jumpscare is individual thing. It can be a sudden screen flashing or loud noise. It's whatever you think that can trigger you to scare and jump. A jumpscare. In this case the event isn't a jumpscare, but a part of it. This event is just weird and unsettling.
The one that caught me off guard is the scene you get transported to after chainsawing the clown in guts world with zero Yen. Barely anyone ever sees it because how specific the conditions are but is so unsettling!
I never saw this event, I felt like the requirement of accessing the area 15 times was too steep. It seems really cool at first, almost seeming like something that's designed to only trigger for a few people, and then those people can't convince anyone it ever happened, and it isn't on the wiki anywhere... But fans of this game *constantly* datamine it. You'd have to obfuscate the code somehow, and I'm not sure how you'd do that in RPG maker.
