I want to move here or palmetto. I plan to live without a car there after I buy my house. Opinions? I’m an avid biker and bike a lot of places where I live now (villa rica) but unfortunately need a car out here to get to Atlanta.

Not with laundry room upstairs, ever.
Laundry rooms upstairs in Georgia are extremely common.
That full bath throw me off why is it there and a bedroom at the front of the house and that master bedroom sucks all that money and the shower looks like that SMH

I'm so sick ofGA homes. From low end to high end, they are all cookie cutter with those stupid triangle peaks. They need some cali, miami, vegas or dubai type of modern architecture.
Why would they want their homes to look like other homes? GA has their own unique look.
No they don't need to look like those .. variety is the spice of life .. 🏠
The triangle design actually serve a purpose for homes that are in colder climate if it snows the ice would not sit on top of the roof but would slide of as it melts, wet snow is heavier and can cave in your roof.
