- Come into ALDI with me see what I bought for a week of groceries for my family of 5. I always use items from my pantry/freezer as well. I share my dinner meal plan at the end.
Also, I do NOT buy my groceries exclusively at ALDI, but they're the first place I try and my favorite to shop at.

I bought a Woodland Critter last week. It was a dachshund so not really a woodland critter, but I needed it to keep my office door open when the room gets too hot. Really good quality. Heavy and centered so it cannot be knocked over.
Bought one of the brightly colored studded mugs today, for water. We shall see.

It's apple season! i grabbed 2 bags of the Gala apples. $2 for 3# is a no brainer. I eat one every day with breakfast

Tried an avacado hack that worked… once they’re ripe put them in a container, covered with water and ice in your fridge and they’ll stay that way and won’t spoil.

Three day fast, wow that's pretty good. I fast daily, usually 18 hr, not sure if I could not eat for three days. 😂

We had pumpkin spice donuts from a different store this week. So good. They were the little donuts. Pumpkin itself is very healthy. Donuts not so much.😊

Quick warning about the cherry tart: yes, they’re delicious, but watch out for pits!! My friend came over for tea and I made one last year, and she nearly cracked a tooth.

I'd watch out for pits in anything made with something that has pits to be fair. Even more expensive or name brand things I've found pits in. Does not matter that the pits have been "removed" or not.
Cherries are good to get your uric acid levels down after a fast.Could be why your craving them. I do intermittent fasting 12/12. Weekends are for whatever.

My Aldi must sell those cherry tarts out fast. We’ve tried the apple ones and they are pretty flat. The Werther’s Maple are the best!

I love Aldi. The spinach strudel I found to be underwhelming. Taste was OK, but it was pretty small and unsubstantial. I have never tried the cherry tarts. Your Aldi looks bigger than mine with more in stock, especially the frozen section. Mine must be smaller. Love their hummus.

Well, it was the shutdown, and Pa decided to close the liquor stores!!
No, no, no. So living in Philadelphia it was a short run to South Jersey. No traffic and we passed an Aldi in Cherry Hill. Walked in and it was like OZ!! They were fully stocked on everything...meats, breads, cheeses etc etc. Loaded up there,
went to Total Wine next door and loaded up there. Went back to that Aldi for about a year until things normalized in Philadelphia. Aldi....you are the best!!
Good luck with your 72 hours fast. Autophagy and HGH will be kicking in hard. I fast everyday but have never done that long of a fast.

No, I started for weight loss. Now I just feel better and weight loss maintenance! I’ve had many health benefits.
