Helloooo i kinda have a problem with using Procreate cause I’m new to this 😅 can I ask why when I add clipping mask property to layer I absolutely can’t do anything there. Like the brushes don’t work at all for me to shade it like you did. Thank you in advance ❤
Hi, no worries at all. For the clipping mask layer to work, it needs to have a painted layer below it. It won't work if the layer below it is empty or transparent/without anything drawn to it. :)

Hi, the app is a one time payment. It already comes with good built in brushes. But you can always buy other brushes from websites if you like. The ones I used in this video are custom brushes from my shop.

I currently have an ipad pro 2018 with me, it’s the model I used since I started digital art. However, if you have the budget, go with the latest ipad pro model, it will be better in terms of performance. ❤

Do you have a specific type of screen protector on?
I use a smooth tempered glass. Used to have paperlike screen protector but my pencil’s nib got worn out after a month so I switch to the smooth one instead.
