As always, business class product of Air India was not good at all. The B787 was in a bad condition. I'm glad the food tasted good, still I don't think it's business class quality

Air india still looking so ugly and outdated. They should focus interior design and fresh clean look. No proper service.
Service was much better than earlier.. and food taste and quality was also much much better .. but the airplanes need work .. but this plane was way cleaner than plane from SFO … that was the dirtiest!
@@luxuryindiantraveler This plane is the one leased from Etihad airlines right? In just few months aircraft looks like this. I hope Air India focuses on maintaining its existing planes as well.
@@kokofruitkokotree ohh absolutely.. first they must maintain their existing planes and then jump on to new ones .. most ppl still tell how dear inflight entertainment n all doesn’t work :(
@@luxuryindiantraveler non touch IFE is such a pain! Also they have added much movies after TATA takeover it seems, earlier there weren't these many options, and I used to end up watching the flying route the whole flight🫠. So I think after the renovation of the interiors from mid 2024, there will be better results!
