10:00 One suggestion: Place the dry tissue/tarp where you want it, then use a large soft paint brush to blot it with the PVA solution. The tissue will soak it right up and no untangling needed. This is an old technique that I thought everyone had forgotten how to do because I see people using metal foil and putty to make tarps and the tissue is far superior. Last thing, if someone tries this, be sure to use FACIAL TISSUE (Kleenex) and NOT toilet paper which will dissolve almost immediately once wet.
