The lechonero was a filipino.. 😁 😁Sonny is like a native filipino.. He always visit the phils.. He also had a crocodile lechon in the philippines.. 👌👌👌
La tradicion del cochinillo en Filipinas, viene de la epoca en la que pertenecieron a España, pero ya te aseguro que ni de lejos se parece, por la sencilla razon de la preparacion, el clima, y el horno :)
Na thats because of the restaurant that IS a VERY famous one so they also get some prices up (they sell the prestige of the oldest restaurant in the world) so the Lechón IS not that expensive HERE.
This is the answer to your question. Why do you think the restaurants in my country (Spain) hired a Filipino chief to cook lechon even though Spanish chief can also cook lechon?

@@rociorccolon one of my friends cooked for me the red beans with chicken I forgot the name😁 but it's delicious. To be honest I much love peruana than bolivian. Peruvian are sweet😊 and I was shocked when they hug me because that's not normal in the Philippines but now I already understand 😁
@@majarot4656 Hmmm, trying to think, not sure which dish that is, but I’m sure it was good. Peruvian food is exquisite and not saying it just because I’m from there, but it is really good! I’m getting hungry now! 😂
