Unmodded is goated. These mods be telling people when nets are coming and where enemies are. I really can't respect the players who have mods and make videos bragging cause they get so many added benefits.
@@Bannedinlyfe i can understand the sentiment, though I did personally install a small amount of mods on recommendation from others. Some are pure QOL or aesthetics, others like NumericUI etc may provide graphical indicators that the game itself doesnt really do a good job at - whether this constitutes cheating or not is a highly contentious topic, but given that there doesn't seem to be push back from the devs on modding it seems to be a free market. On my other videos I run with mods like scoreboard, trueLevel, numericUI, and healthbars - the latter two definitely aids gameplay directly. There are definitely more "egregious" mods out there that provide an unfair advantage... But all said and done, this is a PVE game and as long as the devs have no objection against it, people have the right to use it.
That said, some mods have straddled the line of what's acceptable though (voice line spam, quickswap macros and cosmetics). Fatshark used to have a curated system for sanctioned mods that they ended up not mantaining, so now in darktide we're running on good faith which the community polices itself internally. It's still a tentative situation so mods made in bad faith could very well force fatshark to clamp down on modding capabilities as a whole.
Respect the name and vay hek pfp. I miss the raid even if it was jank as hell

Modded UI being like "you have 3 out of 5 dodges🤓👆" of you didn't spam dodge you wouldn't have to worry bout that

I also despise mods. Some like the ones that highlight enemies are borderline cheating.
