Paul Rodriguez, also known as “P-Rod” was recognized as a prodigy at the young age of 14, only two years after he started skating. His consistency, effortless style and persistence on his board led Paul to travel far from his home town of Northridge, CA to the City Streets around the world as a part of the legendary City Stars team. His passion for skating and filming with his friends led to his breakout part in Logic 6 in 2000, Street Cinema in 2001 and landed him Rookie of the Year in 2002 for his part in Tranworld’s video production “In Bloom.” He turned pro later that year.
Paul bought his first skateboard at the age of 12. When he’s not skateboarding, Paul enjoys studying the lives of influential individuals, including his favorites such as Alexander the Great and Bruce Lee.
Paul currently lives in Los Angeles.

P-Rod is one of the pioneers of the Dunks. He's one of the reasons why they're became so popular

The fact that he didn't miss even one switch flip front nose slide is crazy. Building up to a level of consistency like that is more footage than anyone's device has storage for.
The level skating has gotten to over the last 10 years is insane.
My mans out here backfliping in the best shape of his life, dropping amazing video parts and shoes at 34 years of age after a terrible injury that would have took some people out of the game forsure. AND on top of that he’s an actor now on a show about one of the greatest Mexican singers to ever walk the earth. What a GOAT 🐐

Bro this is so dope, I love P_Rod man, all he needed was words of encouragement from the homes to get that flawless switch back bigspin down the 11 and its the ender, and my favorites lime was the halfcab hell down the little 2 and the nollie flip crook, and the nollie tre, followed up by the nollie front side flip, truly insane he still skates at the same level, and with a little more swag these days, doesn't hold back either, still hucking down big flights of stairs, also one more thing nobody switch flip backside tails like P_Rod and topped it off with heelflipping out, most would of not flipped out of that teick, but P_Rod makes no mistake first one he stuck he landed

Met prod in Salem oregon at the grand opening to a copelands I was 16 so I think he was 18 or 19 at the time he feels like the sane person still so sick to see him sheding again.
I actually enjoy his b-sides way more. lol just a golden thing about filming parts man. P-rod will always be a legend. This shoe is probably going to go down as the most memorable one for sure, good to see.
