Interesting that Wolf is not among your most reliable. As a custom home builder, we were offering Thermador as budget option for a couple years due to constrained product issues with Miele & Subzero Wolf. We had at least 3 times the number of callbacks. Fortunately our local supplier handled them all seamlessly but I’ve since terminated offering Thermador as callbacks, even handled well by our sub, is unacceptable when it can be avoided. We rarely if ever have call backs with Miele or Wolf. We literally had a couple of Thermador steam ovens and 1 speed-convection arrive on site doa, w/o visible damage to crate/container. We do not offer Miele fridges, always substituting True or Subzero, based on my dealer recommendations
I see that between 2023 and 2024 the Bosch oven repair rate went from around 4% to over 11%. It was one of your most reliable options last year. I’m panicking a little bit because I have a Bosch 800 series wall oven waiting to go into my kitchen. After googling a little bit I found that there’s a class action lawsuit going this year regarding a display on the microwave combo units. Do you think the repair rate increase is due to that one particular failure? Or an overall drop in quality? The oven I chose is just a single wall oven. I needed a 27” wall oven with induction cooktop above to replace old 27” range. Would Bosch still be the brand you’d recommend for that scenario? Thanks!

Any data/insights on the Wolf E or M series wall ovens?
We've always had Kitchen Aid, we found them to be good value.
What about WOLF wall oven? It's not on the list.
