Its so great to see their shows together in 1976-77 (of which I saw at Day On The Green) and then this reunion for Jeff's birthday. Then again for Jeff's 50 anniversary concert. So glad Jan did these for us. (!) They are so great together. Jeff Beck and Jan Hammer Group 🕉 forever ♾️
I am just so happy that I can download all that fantastic music and unique footage! He is my godfather of strats there is no one better in the world I am so sad that he was felled by something so rude he really didn’t deserve that he was really supposed to grow old and play until he was in his 90 ties and it pains me so much but this might make up some of the hardache sleep with the Gods Jeff Beck you done the BLOW BY BLOW MANY TIMES OVER! I have heard that he died peacefully and this is comforting
@@prajnachan333no people dont know that, everything music/guitarist related has to be a competition with everyone. Beck & page were friends and jeff would shit on him & zepp in the press in the mid 70s when blow by blow came out
Oh my god, this is so totally bootleg but thanks for putting it out there. I love how Jeff and Jan start it off in a casual way, then launch into the massive sounds of Star Cycle. Requesting an ID on the drummer and bassist.
I have just noticed that Jeff is using a boogie Amplifier and this is master since I have been using these for ages and consider them the boogie woogie amps for all time but I still am puzzled cause Jeff Beck is always using Marshall amps but it’s obvious that here he is playing with a boogie thethered to the Marshall mountain at the left

You are so right Niels. Beck is one of the greatest guitarists in MY old generation. Saw him twice. He was unbelievable.
Saw Beck Twice and his Guitar work is...hands down One OF The Best around.
Following Jimi of course.
You know they were friends and appreciated each other's playing, and jammed a few times, right?

The birthday is the other concert at the 24th June 2004..
Yes, I was there on the 24th show. Both shows were billed as a birthday celebration.
Further proof there is no one in his League.
