This was a great podcast! I would be very curious to learn about which demographics your videos are most popular with (age, country, language, etc). Maybe you can see trends over time and pinpoint where something went wrong
Just wanted to let you know you've been a big inspiration for me in terms of languages and the like. I'll be here through your transition journey into the type of content you like and better content in general! Decline is something that is inevitable for 99% of UA-cam channels, and it's amazing that you're humble enough to acknowledge it, in a video nonetheless, and have started trying to fix it. I'm sure whatever you decide to do in UA-cam will be great! Good luck on all of your endeavors
Typing this as I listen to say hi. So, hi! 🙋🏻♀️I've decided to become freelancer and content creator myself, and I relate to the ✨struggles✨ 🥲 Also, rooting for you! Keep them coming! 🙌🏻
you're a freelancer, you still have a boss, even if it's a youtube guideline or some random sponsor, a company owners dream because you can't complain if you fail
Uk businesses also need to worry about rules and regulations and also they have to serve their clients and make them happy. Youtubing is basically a business.
Hello Lingualizer, I’m a subscriber since 2018. I’ve been a fan of your videos for so long and I haven’t stopped watching your videos. Your content even inspired me to learn other languages. My best tip for you is to do what you truly love! I’m sure you’ll get somewhere. Once again, thank you for inspiring me to improve my language skills, you’re a real one.
Thanks for an interesting video, Peter. :) I don't know a lot about being a UA-camr as I have no personal experience. I have noticed some things about the more successful ones though. They don't swear : not even bleeped in fact. Their videos are usually maximum 10 minutes long. You might also like to take into account that while Winter is only three months it's also another (different) three months in the Southern Hemisphere. Look at disposable income in the countries there to find out which to target. :)
Stay strong buddy!!! You're a discerning and intelligent creator, you'll bounce back! Wishing you luck on your health, too! While you're not able to talk to people at the club or go out on the street with all the unpredictable noises, maybe you could do another blog style video about how you pick the questions for your quizzes! Some of them are really tough or novel, it would be interesting to hear about how you come up with some of the clever and fun quiz questions you ask!
Make more OmeTv context that you ask strangers about Capitals,Cities and,Continents and Countries, it is really fun. Make less shorts and put your focus on the main long videos that you used to do. I still love watching your old ones and I believe that you still can make great content out of this. You could try a new game where you show people flags and they have to guess the country. There are ideas which you can use and I don’t want to see that channel die slowly. Keep up the good work and true fans will always support you. Best regards!
Very interesting. Hoping your channel gets that nice revival at some point. Also nice to see a UA-camr saying how much they earn/earned. Rare to see that
Since your last video I’m wondering if it is not sustainable to depend on short only. I understood that you believe shorts killed your regular videos, but would it be possible to just focus on shorts and still be profitable?
it is, which is why I opened up another channel focussing solely on Shorts youtube.com/@lingualizershorts1 but with 2 million subs it's way more profitable to get sponsors, which is why I want to revive the channel
Maybe keep a side gig that also helps you with content? Just like Shorts is screwing all of you today.. maybe there might be future challenges so having an alternative idea will make you future proof… As you said, anyone with a phone n camera can be your competitor.
When I first made videos they were minecraft 1 take no editing as I didn't know how to at the time, I now edit my videos expect I do not film the entire thing in 1 go. Anyways, keep up the great work!
@@lingualizer супер, определено ще го изгледам отново. беше много интересен. наистина си трябва търпение ако искаш да си развиеш канала. в началото като никой не гледа може да стане доста демотивиращо
I think its more then just a camera and internet connection. The ideas itself are quite hard and if you are going to show yourself on film or not. Because a lot of people might see you.
True, but technically speaking any video can go viral, but in order to produce it you need a camera and internet. So those two things are the base requirements
i have had an idea of making youtube videos out of me reviewing animal food similar to those were ppl reviewing candies or food or other stuff whats holding me back is that ppl are very cruel on the internet and i have suffered of mental illness much in the past and present our of harassments and stuff and im going through a PTSD treatment right now i dont care about views, money or anything else, i just dont want to become a meme or someone who ppl make fun of just cause of my insecurity or something else and even if i just make one video a month, every 6 months or even one video per year i want to do it just for fun and make videos of what i want to do, i love to ride my bike and maybe i do videos out of that
I really loved your content years ago, but it is not good anymore. I think your time on yt is over. Just my honest thoughts. Still wish you the best mate.
You are wrong right off the start. You say that you are your own boss bla bla. But the decisions you make you make based on your audience otherwise your business won't survive. So the audience determines the content that will make your business survive and you kinda have to go along with that.
I love your old content, but it got old.
This is gold. You're very eloquent and smart.
Keep it up ❤
This type of video is very instructive, no jokes, i learned some crucial thing that I ignored before, thanks 👍

It's not your fault my man; Everything changes
You're still one of the best youtubers, the producer of a brand new type of UA-cam video.
We love you

Finally managed to watch this and, informative... I like
Let's go !
Lingualizer how are your ears?
a tiny bit better, thanks!
Manually opened this, it wasn’t recommended by the algorithm and not even in the subscription list.
:(
Very useful... Thank you!
Thanks for useful information )
I like your videos I am sorry I discovered them so late
Did u get ur masters degree in the end?
You didnt mention that you want to add value to sth. with the videos - do you?
Yes I did!
And of course, everyone who makes videos wants to ultimately add value, otherwise they're not worth being watched, I'd assume
Супер епизод. Има ли значение за профит-а, дали имаш 100 000 абоната или 2-3 милиона да речем
Of course it does..
да, разбира се!

Yes I did! I've got a Bachelor and Master degree!
Great! 🙂
ich hoffe deinen Ohren geht es besser
ein klein wenig, danke!
Bud are you in Spain right now?? I swear i just saw you in the subway

I think you have to get back on the street. Watching zoom quizzes isn’t as fun as talking to people in person. Good luck!
Sir, why don't you try to teach languages or Geography in schools?
because I'm not a teacher
@@lingualizer understandable 🙂
Making fun of pot headed kids in America at 3:00am doesn’t get you anywhere does it mate
Never made fun of them but tried educating them
Recording this video in multiple angles looks stupid and ads no value to the video.
real.
Typo :)
Yess, thanks!
where is the video, name 3 countries start with B, and meet arabic boys
Fingers crossed for your channel kurwa🔥🔥🔥

Много си се променил
Got a penny?
You look like Rick Gomez.
You're not getting views because your videos aren't good anymore.
either that, or my Shorts are the reason
They are good, just became old. He could continue doing videos of languages because that is no. 1 of his channel

Kurwa.
Do you really need advice on this topic by someone who barely hits 10,000 views?
And yet you’ve been on UA-cam for 7 years and haven’t even hit 1,000 subscribers yet. At least he’s doing what he enjoys.
watch his older videos
He's had a lot of success with great videos. This is wonderful to learn from someone struggling with and learning from the challenges.
