I purchased my Super Tenere in 2020 and it’s been the best bike I’ve owned in all of my bikes. It literally does everything and does it well. This bike is a keeper!
Thank you. I love mine. And getting to like it more and more each day. I ride it everyday and right now I’m working on few things to modify it according to my liking. I’ll keep posting the videos on the same
Great review! I recently found a 2013 with low miles. Agree with all so far, especially the vibrations. Working on solutions for that now. How is the clutch pull on the newer model? Mine is stiff and a real chore while sitting at a light. Enjoy your New Mule!
Hi William, Thanks you for the lovely comment. The clutch pull is quite hard, but it’s definitely better than the outgoing model. Love this bike. Today im are out camping ⛺️ in Ireland with my wife. She says she loves this bike in every aspect as a pillion
Hi… mine is a 2014… there are vibrations on the bike and I guess they are quite normal on these bikes. Nothing like a single cylinder thumpers or Harley’s… and I guess the bike was unchanged from 2014 till the end of manufacturing
I had 2011 BMW GS and now I have a 2017 ST I like my ST a lot better...One thing I suggest is get the madstad windshield and bracket it makes a huge difference
I so want to buy the Madstad windshield and bracket. But it’s so expensive to buy it from the US. Specially to import it into Ireland. I wish someone could help me to buy one in America and ship it over. So that I don’t have to pay the ridiculous customs here. I’m willing to pay for windshield and shipping cost
I’ll wait for a few more days and bite the bullet I guess. It would be lovely to have that windshield for summer. I’m looking at the used ones as well. I had madstad windshield on my Tiger 800 and loved it. I had bought it used for very cheap on EBay. Hopefully I’ll find one for super tenere as well 😂
The import tax and vat right now is more than 23percent these days. I know it sounds crazy. But it is what it is. Shipping is not much since I can use my AddressPal account
This sounds like one happy owner. The super tenere is a very good bike but also very heavy. Don’t drop it because you will need to do some fitness to lift it up.
@@aronob I totally agree. I had dropped my fully loaded tiger 800 twice on the same trip. Once it was dead easy for me to pick it up but the 2nd time I struggled. It had fallen to the right side the 2nd time. But managed to pick it up alone. No help. A bit of practice and right technique will do the job.
Hiya, im very tall which is why im considering buying this bike, i can only really get tourers because of my height, but am currently on a versys 650. I like riding fast in the corners and the versys loves it. But how is this for faster pace riding, taking corners fast etc?
Hi, Thank you for watching my videos. Since you are tall I guess this bike should suit you. It has 2 seat settings. You can adjust the seat height by adjusting the bracket under the seat. I guess there is an after market option to lower the foot pegs as well. It handles very well around the twisties. But remember this does not have the power which 1200GS or KTM has. But this has got plenty if you are coming from Versys 650. This bike handles very well
Hi Derrick. I just love mine. I keep thinking of changing and buying something else. But can’t get enough of reasons to sell this bike. This is one hell of a bike which you can’t complain about
Thank you. Seems your channel has more of what I've been looking for 🙂 Easy sub!
Thanks a mill. I have a few videos on Super Tenere coming soon

Do you have any info about the vibrations on newer models like 2018 or 2020? Nice video overall.

Thank you. I will definitely take care.
That’s bs , there is multiple ways for average body type guys to pick up big bikes. Isn’t necessarily strength

Love the Super Tenere, with a tall screen like this, do you see over it or trough it ?
Hi there, it looks very tall. but I see way over it since my seat is on high setting. and ny height is 5.9ft if you are wondering.
Congratulation on a new bike sir 🇳🇴☕
Thanks Toby.. 😀😀😀
@@rideswithrichie l currently ride a Tiger 800xc, but lm looking for a super tenere to trade in my tiger. No regrets in your trade in?
If it doesn't have the ECU flash you need to do it. It transforms the bike in a very good way. It's really worth it.
I’m planning to get it done soon… 😀
I have a 2020. How do you get the ECU Flash ?
@@TheVolumeSociety you need to find a company that does ecu tuning for motorcycles

You should. They are amazing machines. Highly underrated…

Try using your indicators a little more, great looking bike
Hi Alan, I will. Thanks for the advice. 😀 sorry was more focussed on talking … 😬😬😬
Do you find this Bike jerky at lowspeed
Hi. It was jerky before I had the ECU flashed
Maybe after mine 2002 fjr i could see me on this or a gtr kawa 1400
I’m looking at a GTR1400 now. Not selling the Super Tenere. It’s one of those iconic bikes which you never want to sell
Do you still have this? Interested in selling in Ireland?
Yes. I still own this beast. Text me on my instagram.. rideswithrichie
Which windscreen is that ?
That’s a Puig. Thanks for watching…!😀
Nice, enjoy it!
Thank you… 😀
Tenere 700 rider wearing a BMW jacket. Probably has a GS as his main bike. LoL.
Hi Alex… where did u see the BMW jacket my friend?
@@rideswithrichie If you watch your video again you clearly see this guy is wearing a BMW jacket.
What a wild Irish accent 😂
It’s a fusion you see😂😂
