People are mad because they wanted tiger to win, Charlie woods swings harder than most men but he played from forward tees too because its in the rules.
I know most will say Bernhardt had a big advantage in teeing up forward and I don’t dispute that. It’s how the tournament is played and eventually Tiger will get to that age where he’ll gain that advantage. I’m just happy to see Tiger out there playing hopefully pain free and to see him enjoying himself. Big congratulations to Charlie for scoring his first hole in one (especially with Dad as his playing partner) and congratulations to the Langer’s.
Langer was given way too big of an advantage, he is playing from the furthest up tee. They shouldn’t go by age on what tees you play. They should do it by how far you hit it, Langer averages 275 yards but is given a 80 to 100 advantage on 18 over Tiger who drives it maybe 20 yards longer. I would think Langer would have some pride and say, no, that is not where I should be playing from.I mean they have now won it 6 times, why make it easier.
@@A-FrameWedge I've been searching the net for a scorecard of the yardages from all the tees at the PNC course (specific yardages for the PNC Tournament). No luck so far. I found a source which I think is accurate for the whole course (again specific to this tournament). Gold (Tiger) 7106, White (Charlie and Jason) 6576, Red (Bernard) 6036, and then there's Blue (only Lee Travino Will McGee) 5,484. I can't find a source of the different yardages on every hole (I can find for the course in general by hole, but not this tournament setup by hole). I know 18 is a par 5, but I think I remember it having the biggest yardage gap between the tees. Conversely, I think 17 maybe plays the same distance from the tees (maybe not "Blue", but I think Gold, White, and Red are the same). If Team Woods would have survived the 2nd playoff on 18, they would have had the 3rd playoff on 17. How can anyone defend the playoffs occurring on the two most extreme tee difference holes (most and none)? I don't mind reasonable leveling by tee box yardages, but 18 was ridiculous. If the playoff had been on 17 then big advantage Team Woods instead of big advantage Team Langer on 18. I think most of the controversy could have been avoided if the playoff was on a more "middle of the road" tee box yardage difference hole.
I’ve always been a fan of Langer but he really needs to stop anchoring the putter on chest, I know he says there’s a “small” gap but it’s more clear that it’s anchored than not. Actually he’s never changed from before or after anchoring ban.
It’s a joke that Bernard Langer who could hit the ball 270 yards with his driver his plan the short tees. That’s was a joke and i think it was totally unfair too Tiger Woods and his son Charlie who played legitimate golf
It's obvious that every team playing in that tournament takes it very seriously so it's bad that they didn't set the course up fairly and it's no wonder Langer has won it so many times with the ridiculous advantage he's getting playing so many teeboxes ahead of everybody. Langer still averages 270 so he doesn't need that much advantage so at some point the people running that tournament should have made the adjustment. Langer was 100 yds. ahead of Tiger on 18 and 65 ahead of Charlie. That's just ridiculous.
Exactly. A 180-yard approach is completely different than a 204-yard approach shot. Sorry, I forgot who covered the tournament (NBC?), but they should have had enough sense to at least not show Langer and his LONG walk up to the lady's tees. Embarrassing.
I love the commentators comment “Langer has had an incredible career over his career” 😂😂😂

Tiger and Charlie are exciting to watch.
Bernard's short game is one of the best ever!

Jason Langer can really roll that thing.
He loves to win
Ich ziehe meinen Hut vor ihnen, denn "like father like son", das wurde in diesem Video auf das Eindrücklichste bewiesen. Danke dafür!
Tiger and Charlie know deep down they won!
Ladies tee trophies are nice too
Langer's meant to be retiring 🤔🤣🤣
Total legend 👌
Notice how everyones saying the same thing, hes only won driving from the fairway hahah
100 yard advantage, anchoring, and teeing up in the sand. Yeah great cheating! Truly impressive!

Ladies Tee Champions
Best Player 🎉and Putter Wim 🎉
he is 65 years old he won fair and square
Won 🎉
@@josefigueroa6076 in august of 2025 Bernhard langer will be 68
Yet was out shot by 1000 yards by tiger and his son that played from the tips..... thats not a win hahah
I don’t care about the forward tees. What I do care about is how he gets away with anchoring the forearm in the chest when putting ALL the time
What kinda victory is that?

Change the rules.
Idiot

Even the Champions tour is embarrassed by the advantage on 18 that B. Langer was given and doesn’t show where Tiger and Charlie drove it.
I couldn’t agree more with you about the disgraceful forward T that Bernard played from
