Hey I’m prior reserves and I got scrolled and waiting to in-process to my unit . tell me what are best jobs to have at OTS. Is there a lot of time to practice running, how much should we bring cash wise for food, can you talk about the room inspections and wall locker inspections, did you rent your mess dress?
ok so I was told by my recruiter that since I am a nurse I got to COT which is the same as OTS but for healthcare, law, and chaplains and it is 5.5 weeks, not 8. Has this changed? Because I know back in 2013 OTS was longer than 5.5....
@@genesis.kts_ is there any such thing as being an officer in the reserves? I'm an RN and was interested in the reserves but wanting to go in as an officer..
You can't really have them out, but you can use them in the after hours or unless you have a waiver saying you can use it during scheduled military training.v
Will follow up with week 1 next week. Hope you guys enjoy! Thanks for watching!

5.5 for reserves. 8 for hc workers. I was told that if you're active nursing, you need to attend the 8 week course.
