Many women have beautiful body shapes and those that don't try to lose weight and get in good shape for their wedding. So many women on the TV show are obese and I don't understand why they can't make sacrifices to look beautiful on their wedding day.
think that's a very biased answer i was in shape all my life UNTIL i became seriously ill...i do my exercises seated one day you will be sick or old (i'm both) and i hope you remember this, beauty is internal it took me 50 years+ to really learn that and every woman has her own journey
