Я , когда получил новый мтз -82 стояло два больших аккумулятора , и заводился в минус 25 легко , у нас на базе , был старый краз. Так он заводился с полоборота , всю ночь на морозе.

Przy -15 paliłem moją 912 turbo ale grzałka w bloku była podłączona przez 1.5h. Zapaliła odrazu, podstawa dobre zimowe paliwo a i depresator warto nalać do paliwa.

В следующий раз, насос гидравлики сразу отключать надо, перед запуском) С первого раза тогда бы завёлся. Я уже за правило взял, если мороз сильный то вместе с котлом и зарядное устройство подключать сразу.
Спасибо, я попробую в следующий раз ... Через несколько дней снова очень холодно.
Я тоже подумал, а почему бы на аккумулятор дополнительную поддержку старта не повесить в виде зарядного устройства, чтобы стартовать не страшно было :)
@@hrz4x4 ты когда на холодную заводиш нажымай сцепления,насос выключи, и ефиру в воздухан. И можно сделать заслонку в возлухане как на карбе. А ещё лучше на старых МТЗ беларус есть впускные коллектора с заслонкой декомпресора.

@@user-wp8eu1cb6g надо. Так даже в книге експлатации написано. Я работал в фирме где продаются и обслуживаются трактора. И ето все говорится при обслуживании.
I think a heat gun in the intake could help you to get it started in one shot.
Diesel engines need heat to start up,specially the "low" pressure injection systems ,like this one and the indirect injection ones.
It's minus 2°C here with some wind,and we are freezing,i can't (and don't want) imagine how cold it must be at the temps you have lol...
I made some mistakes there. I should have disengaged the hydraulic system in the first place, then full gas (I only had it half throttle). The main problem is in the battery not having enough juice. If I had to start the tractor everyday in this cold you get used to it and make changes to starting algorithms.
Доброго времени суток. При такой компановке колес - передний мост включаете? Не будет трактор разрывать или наоборот - не сложит ли его?
Я использую 4x4 только тогда, когда это необходимо. Тогда проблем нет.

Mul eriti ei ole kogemusi originaalkabiinidega. Poola oma on akvaariumi ja vana kabiini vahel kuskil suuruselt. Avar ja valge on küll. Ruumi on ka piisavalt.

I got the same block heater, but I plug in for only 30mins and the temperature also was -25°C. After 30 mins, head is really warm and got no problems with starting. Only thing is that, you need to turn off the hydraulic system.
Next time I will do that also. Battery heaters would be nice.
Another option is, starting fluid. Personally, I use "Polar Premium'' it helps a lot to start the engine. Just plug in heater for 40 minutes and before the start, just spray a little bit into the air filter and should be good.

You really look like needing a starting Robot like GIANT (BCS 1000) or Awelco or similar

You can just use small propane torch to heat up the cylinders for 2-3mins, or even better and safer you can use heat gun, it will start at first crank, no fancy block heaters and shit

Clearly 2 hours is not enough, are you telling us you were surprised by the low temperature? if you do that to your tractor every day what will happen to your tractor? Any ideas?

In lithuania we have -30 and tracktor cant drive even when its turned on because gearbox is all ice
TEP-15 oil? It's not the best oil for cold climate. Better make a fire under the gearbox.
It's much better to install some used water Webasto, it would heat up the engine block in 15 min.

I’m commenting because my grandfather and I are trying to rebuild the motor of a Belarus 572. We are having some trouble with the centrifugal oil filter! We can’t get it to come apart and we aren’t sure if we aren’t doing it right or if it’s somehow stuck together..

No problem. Just take a big hammer and hit it hard. And put some wood between the metal and hammer. Or try with a big rubber mallet. Usually they are quite stuck. I would personally recommend to replace the whole centrifugal housing and replace it with a modern replaceable filter system. It's not expensive and you are rebuilding anyway.. so why not get the best option for your newly built engine.

Just the one big nut on the top. Then the centrifugal oil filter cap (aluminium) should come off -- when treated with hammer blows.
Külmade ilmadega tahab russ õhuklappi saada, tõmbad algul klappi peale kui mootor kiiremini vedama hakkab lased millimeetri kaupa lahti kuni lubama hakkab. Mul ka käivitus sama moodi MTZ-82 oli ka umbes sama palju miinuskraade. Plokisoojendus oli paar tundi järel.
Õhuklapp on aga kaabeldus-trossindus on puudu. Vaatab, ma tegin siin mõned muudatused veel.. Ehk teeb veel külma, saab katsetada.

у меня тоже такое зарядное есть им зимой т 25 заводили с плохим аккумулятором
Honestly since my tractor still has fuel from 2014 or something like that wich was almost 90% canola,so when it stands i cant get it started in summer so i don't think i have a shot in starting it now!!
You should definitely try. Try towing, when you reach Spain I bet it will start to get warmer and maybe also start.

hrz4x4 честно говоря всё просто шикарно, но просится запуск 24v или масло в трансмиссию жиже.. заводя мотор с сцеплением привод ВОМ то крутится..и мотор задиры на упорных полукольцах легко получить может...

Pull it when you starting the engine, starter will go very fast, then let it go, engine will start at first time :)

+hrz4x4 Yes, its air cutout in the intake, in MTZ manual they call it emergency engine stop but we use it as decompressor. In temperature -10 i dont use heater at all, in -25 10min of heating is enough :)

Hello, I think that tractor has an air cooled engine. If so, I remember my uncle’s air cooled deutz had an intake manifold heater that worked well. I think it may have been an aftermarket heater.....too long ago.
