There is one running and when finished we will have a Split vac system and wont need one.

What happened next did the builders warranty help to fix the issue

I am in the process of by a Dr Horton home close in 11 day. My husband and I decided to drive down to take a look at the house and saw mold in the basement. I am thinking about canceling this any advice?.
