I think it would fit. The 51mm is to the end of the center male end links, but they do turn down slightly so it doesn’t wear to big. I think you will be ok, but if possible you should try it on. Although I know that can be difficult if your in the US.

51 mm effective l2l is ridiculous, Certina never seem to learn on the l2l, still gonna try it at the store though, hopefully wont be that bad

How does this wear compared to the 43mm version? Lug to lug on the larger model measures 51mm I believe.

Thank you. So far mine is running about +3 seconds a day when on wrist. Very well built watch in every aspect I think.
With a 15.5cm wrist like mine, does this fit? The case size is pretty small (38mm) , but lug-to-lug (51mm you said?) is pretty large to me xD
In your position I would definitely try it on. Alternatively look at the new Glycine Combat Sub in 36 or 39mm.

It’s great. The action is good I just wish it wasn’t polished, but even then it’s easy to grip
