I remember the anthrax letters, my mum didn't let me open or touch letters, she did it in a separate room and she would wear gloves and a scarf over her nose and mouth. She was terrified, bless her, even though we were not and never have been famous or public figures so we wouldn't have been targets but even then media were good at scaremongering.

If I was related to Michael Self, I'd seek good lawyers and sue the pants off them!! That poor man died in prison with no real evidence against him.

Yeah really fair. A coerced confession that doesn't even fit the crimes evidence. And zero forensic evidence of any kind. Someone else confessed to the crime that knew secret evidence that corroborated his confessions accuracy. Then you find out his arresting officer and the interrogator were bank robbers and part if a criminal gang. If you call that a fair trail I don't know what you would consider unfair.

That prosecuting attourney doesn't care if the person is guilty or innocent . You can hear him talking loopholes. What a douchebag. I feel sorry for Mr. Self. Why could they not get out of the Jeep? If they were only turning around they shouldn't have been hurt, or injured. Why didn't they try to escape the vehicle? If they were going faster than reported, perhaps both were unconscious when the Jeep hit the water. It's possible neither were buckled up. Perhaps someone ran them off the road.
