Boondockers Welcome Host and Guest Log

I am a long time user of the Boondockers Welcome program, both as a host and as a guest during our travels. I created an Excel workbook with four spreadsheets to help me keep track of things that were important to me as a Host and a Guest. As a Host, it gives me a convenient place to keep notes about our guests. As a Guest while traveling, it allows me to keep notes about the Host and the actual site where we parked. It also tracks the number of nights and the number of stays and gives you a tally of those two items.
NOTE: I had posted the spreadsheet on the Boondockers Welcome Facebook group. It was well received until someone thought it was a tool to create some secret blacklist of information and then sharing it quietly between other Hosts. ...What a load of horse-hockey! Anyway, the admins pulled/removed my post and the copy of this spreadsheet (to which I find so irritating). I remain TOTALLY amazed at how someone can take something so benign and useful and try to make it into some subversive tool... And then creates such a stir with the Admins that they are "forced" to remove it! Really??? I digress... :)
