To reduce the swelling you can cool your face. Doesn't have to be ice cold, just a cold washcloth is enough. For pain you can best use ibuprofen (when you're allowed to take that). Hope you're feeling better soon!

I only got one wisdom tooth removed this spring, it was terrible.. It got infected after the removal so I was sick for about 2-3 month. I went to get it washed like 4 times. I have a pretty small mouth so the tooth couldn't fit and flesh grew over it, whitch I removed 5 month before the operation. I did not have a good experience... I rather not do it again!
Hope you get better soon, so interesting when people talk about their dentist experiences, I haven never been to a dentist, home whitening and everything is fine lol.

My "sick" morning routine involves waking up at 11am, stay up for 5 minutes and then sleep till 3pm, get food and then sleep till the next morning 😂

I was in agony for 10 days after i got my wisdom teeth out. They had a lot of trouble and had to hit bone when trying to remove each tooth 😫
