I'M LIVID! REEBOK x ALIEN BUG STOMPER UNBOXING!

- Yo! Alien Day 2020 is celebrated every April 24th. In previous years, Alien x Reebok have dropped several iterations of the Alien Stomper shoe, high, mid, yellow, black, etc. This year, they introduced the Bug Stomper Mids. It's a dope shoe, no doubt. However, in unboxing this shoe, the box insides were crumpled. Now, right off the bat, this shoe box easily wins Shoe Box of the Year 2020 (is there actually a title for that?). The presentation was on point, but I can't keep a shoe knowing the box is damaged upon receipt. Am I blowing it overboard?

My box was exactly the same as yours upon receipt. I assume it's just trash quality cardboard on the inside and the shoe bashing against in during shipping. End of the day, dope box and I don't really care if the inside is damaged. Shoes are still amazing and have insane details. You only wear the shoes and the inside of the box isn't ever on display! Hope you kept the shoe, it's definitely worth the cop.
I would say being mad is reasonable, but livid might be a notch overboard lol

Pretty cool shoe, the patches are definitely a dope detail! As for the box, it looks to me like the shipping company was probably tossing it left and right and the shoes ended up crushing that little portion right there. I wonder if others had the same problem? Major bummer though! Hopefully someone in Reebok's packaging design department is watching this!
Some others replied to me on IG that their pairs were damaged too. :(
Other than the box, the shoe looks great! Love the patches, love the military aspects, and the build is solid.
I've already sent back the shoe. Can't keep it with the package like that.
@@ChrisCataluna Yeah I think the neoprene liner looks better on the shoe than the ribbed tongue on the others. Hopefully they'll release more CW's down the road
Yep. I had the same problem on 2 different pairs from different websites. Also people on Reddit had the same issue with box damage.
Hey, may i ask where exactly you get those? I think you mentioned reebok themselfs. But i think they are sold out by now and i saw some of those on Ebay but i have hobbit feet so they wont fit.
So do you know a Place where they might have some of these? Like not a Scam Platform?

I purchased them directly from the Reebok website on Aliens Day 2020.
Definitely, you won't find them there anymore. Though, they should be on StockX or at a Reebok Clearance Store.

Just seen this review. We ordered two pair and both boxes were damaged like this
So sorry. Crazy that many people have encountered the same issue. I had to return them, I couldn’t stand looking at the box.
I can't find a single pic of these on feet which is driving me nuts bc I'm so ready to buy. But I just gotta see

ChrisCataluna I ordered two different sizes from two different websites and both boxes came destroyed like that. It’s just how they are unfortunately. Also people on reddit with these also had issues with the box having damage in the same area.

The shoes are dope. My box was in really bad condition. I had to return them.
