    Managed to get it to pair, I had to plug device into a wall socket, like when you're charging it (it was fully charged) then it paired while it was plugged in!!

    Hi I bought a jacket but it the box didn't come with it...I've subscribed but heard nothing if box is being sent or not

    This video is completely outdated. No on/off switch, lights are blue, etc..

      I noticed that too. Was looking for a hard switch on/off but there's now a round reset button instead... I wonder how many other things have changed. Also: do you leave the system 'on' all the time?! Alpinestars etc have on/off switches on sleeve or chest... I don't want to open up the suite and visually check the system, so.... What? Leave it in permanently and just use the app, hoping it works?

      @@joeridestrijcker445 a few things now that I own one and have used it. The app works great, tells you battery level, if you need an update, and the apps On/Off switch works perfectly. You can always take the vest off and double-tap the power button for on/off, but I like not having to do that. It also has a "standby" mode that detects a lack of motion if you take it off and forget to power it down manually or with the app. I like the low buy-in and subscription model. You can choose to pay ~€700 up front and own the vest w/o subscription, or ~€400 and €120 per year. This gives me the flexibility/opportunity to use the vest 1 year at a time, sell it if I want to move to something else, or keep it and after 3 years pay a small fee to make the subscription "permanent" with no more payments due ever. Combine that (compared to the Alpinestars Tech5 unit) with easy refills if it deploys and at each refill at 1/2 the cost. On top of that the review I saw of the Tech5 where it deployed just getting off the bike, Alpinestars basically told the guy "get the latest update, send us the vest and spend € for the refill and you should be ok".. No thank you.

    Enthusiastic about your technology and your campaign, I purchased a RST jacket, only to find out that I wasted my money on a service that is not provided in my country - Israel. The advertisement on your website talks about an international service, which does not exclude Israel, and now I am stuck with an expensive jacket that does not provide me with the protection I asked to obtain. It's infuriating. That's not how it's done!
