I just bought the American Pro II Tele in Sienna Sunburst like the one he's playing. I played a Mexican Tele and that back to back... and between those pickups and the added tone with the push push...i justified spending $1600 plus tax...gulp. But amazingly... no buyers remorse! It comes with this crazy incredible hard shell case with this plush gray/silver interior. Incredible package! The stock setup had it at 4/64ths across the board, just amazing....absolutely zero fret buzz. First guitar ever that i haven't had to mess with to get rid of fret buzz. I was sort of looking forward to figuring out the micro adjust neck tilt feature but happy that it's perfect!
That intro, guys... gave me chills. Dripping with HIM's more macabre take on Wicked game, and they rocked Gibson on stage. Hearing it in a bassey single coil was just smooth as melted butter.

I have my Olympic White stratocaster for 3 months now. It took some time to adjust the action hight. It plays and sounds incredible great. Bold sounds and even high tones. I use a strymon pedal and plugin on a Fender Tonemaster. My music live has entered into a new dimension. Thank you Fender!

I'd love to win this guitar because it would really help me out financially. I've had to sell a guitar, my amp and most of my pedals because I had to pay for my dads funural and covid-19 isn't helping either. I would love to play some Hendrix or Santana on it. My dad introduced me to both of them and I think he'd be so proud knowing I'd be playing their songs in his memory.

I just got one. I remember buying a Fender Standard Strat (Mexico) at GC, but they let my amature hands touch an Eric Clapton Strat from their Custom Shop as I waited for the staff to get me a fresh boxed model. Oh my I was in love! But it was like a beautiful woman who was out of my league- only in my dreams. Ecstacy and fear! I was afraid I was going to drop it or something! I was playing it (if you want to call it that) out of this huge Tweed amp. I was totally overwhelmed. (Does anyone have headphones, please?) When I picked THIS guitar up, the neck and sound reminded me of that experience. And again - a beautiful woman who was out of my league- but I did not care- I am just going to have to handle it! It happens to be the black maple model as well. The neck is like butter. I think it is an amazing guitar. The best Fender ever mass produced?... there are others more qualified to say... but if you want to give yourself a grown up present- this is an awesome strat IMHO. I'm Benjamin Breen from Australia, and I've been learning to play guitar since I was 8 years old, I'm now 19, my whole life I've been playing cheap broken instruments and borrowing school and friends instruments to learn on, when I was 13 my dad took me to my first concert which was G3 with Steve Vai, Steve Lukather, and Satch, it was phenomenal and I even got to meet Steve Vai after the show. My father passed away when I was 15 and because of him I've been strongly persuing music. I'd love to have a guitar in his favourite colour and call it after him, Jason. It's a beautiful guitar and sounds great as well. I'd be playing a lot of different stuff on it, Definitely Red Hot Chillis, John Mayer, Led Zeppelin, Green Day, Megadeth, just a lot of different stuff.
I always wanted a Fender guitar, but it was always a bit expensive for me. I would only play this guitar if I won it. This is the ultimate guitar I want with every little piece in it, my god I even like the color! I'd play blues on it, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton and I'd write my own songs too! I'd play it till it looks like Rory Gallagher's. I love it!

I love the Miami Blue finish it looks so cool plus the new modern features including the push push button gives extra versatility and tones and I love the neck pickup sounds so this is a really special addition. The Pro 2 looks great,sounds great and will make a great new guitar addition for the music I love, blues,rock and jazz. I can do it all with this guitar.

I love the Fender Strat sound. I am learning guitar and I am overwhelmed about the Strat tone. I am a big fan of John Frusciante and the way his Strat his pushed to the limits. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to experience such a beautiful guitar.
After more than 2 years of abstinence, I went to the Music Station again and played 3 Fender American Professional II Strats, and again I noticed that the woods had little vibrancy, the maple necks were not very dense and responsive, there was little twang, little crunch , wiry-glassy, few overtones, sustain, attack, everything you associate with Fender guitars, everything is less than on my ESP 400 Series Strats and less than on my BLADE Texas models. This can be tested objectively and I can only say that I am extremely disappointed with this price-performance ratio. No, I can no longer objectively understand this adulation regarding Fender Strats. My first Stratocaster was a Fender American Standard Stratocaster and that was my worst guitar of all, a Fender Mexico Standard followed after that, but after I played the ESPs and the BLADEs everything was clear to me, and that proves itself again, every time, when I compare, the same result always comes out - what else can I say, it is true! The ESP-400-Series Strats and the BLADEs have objectively, noticeably and audibly better tonewood, the BLADEs even have a flattened neck-body-joint and covered fret slots and therefore much better playability!!! So, I'm done with Fender, I'm playing something clever, and at a much cheaper price. I don't want to talk anyone out of their love of Fender, I have nothing against you buying the (usually) worse guitars for a far too exorbitant price, you're welcome to do that. Then there will be more BLADEs for me, very simple! Thanks for listening!

Here is why: I recently bought a used guitar (of course strat) and it's not in great condition. I have problems with it, one frat is kinda damaged, tone knobs are not functioning at all, but I don't mind. I love to play it, I love the sound, the feel is ok ... it's just great that I have a guitar. It was the best I could afford at the time. It would be just AMAZING if I could get a brand new, better sounding, working guitar, so I could evolve as a musician, get more knowledge and I wouldn't have to worry about equipment that I have. I just want to play some music, not worrying about my crappy 15th frat. What am I playing? Just love Arctic Monkeys, RHCP, The Black Keys, Pink Floyd, Clapton, Hendrix, funky groove etc. Working on my own projects as well.

Well I’ve always wanted a fender American strat since I’m a little kid. Since I’ve found John Mayer as my personal guitar hero I would definitely play a song of him on that blue beauty.
Why I would love to win a stratocaster: My name is Lars and I've been playing guitar all my life! Starting out as a classical trained musician. After 10 years of lessons I decided that after listening to Clapton, Toto, RHCP, Hendrix and the Dire Straits, I wanted to take on electric guitar. Being low on budget meant that I played on my line 6 with my yamaha pacifica. Which, don't get me wrong, is a great guitar fo starters and offers a lot. However, since I've started playing electric guitar, I've always wanted to have an actual fender stratocaster. With its versatility and beautiful sound there in no guitar like it! Everytime I walked into a guitar shop I played one of those beauties and as happy as I was playing them, as sad I was leaving the shop empty handed. I wouldn't have any other guitar than a stratocaster, as it fits my playing style perfectly! Furthermore, winning it would also make my brother the happiest person, as he would get my old electric guitar and could start on playing the electric guitar! What I would play on it: I would play everything from Eric Johnson, Hendrix, RHCP, Clapton, Dire straits to Eric Gales, and many more artists and styles, as all is possible with a stratocaster!
Woah, this looks like the ultimate modern Stratocaster... Fender nailed it with this one! I trully want to win this guitar as I'm a HUGE strat fan, but doesn't own one that makes justice to this iconic model yet. All my favorite guitarists play(ed) on strats: Frusciante, Hendrix, SRV, Gilmour, Clapton, Jeff Beck, John Mayer... and I'm pretty sure it's thanks to this model that I started playing the guitar. Of course I would play all my favourite songs from them, but also all other classical blues and rock songs, from Howlin' Wolf to Zappa and many more! Plus, it would pair magnificiently with my vintage wah.
I hear a big difference between the pine and the alder Tele. I think the pine Tele sounds much fuller (and better imo)! Do you think there's as big a difference between the pine strat and the alder one?
Hi guys, there are no reason to choose me as a winner, but, the only think i can say is that me and my broter (bassplayer) are two lovers of Fener products. We usually play reaggae and caslipso with ours band but in this period are trying to explore the way of folk music. Just swap the pick ups...little bit of a set up...Fret levelling....swap in a hot rail if you are a metal guy... Your guitar will play better than a fender....🤘

Because all I could ever afford were the cheaper Strats, though I love them. I'd listen to this guitar and let it tell me what music it wants to play, but I bet it'd often be the Blues and, I hope, sometimes something surprisingly new.
Why: Because I’ve always dreamed of having a fender Stratocaster, however I haven’t been able to put together enough money to ever afford one. I feel like getting a new guitar would give me the much needed boost of enthusiasm and energy to further develop as a musician and overcome the creative drought I’m experiencing as a result of Covid. On top of that I adore the sound and the guitar colour 🙂 What: I would use it to write songs, rehearse with the band I play in, and use it in the studio to record our first single. I have my Olympic White stratocaster for 3 months now. It took some time to adjust the action hight. It plays and sounds incredible great. Bold sounds and even high tones. I use a strymon pedal and plugin on a Fender Tonemaster. My music live has entered into a new dimension. Thank you Fender!

I just got one. I remember buying a Fender Standard Strat (Mexico) at GC, but they let my amature hands touch an Eric Clapton Strat from their Custom Shop as I waited for the staff to get me a fresh boxed model. Oh my I was in love!
But it was like a beautiful woman who was out of my league- only in my dreams. Ecstacy and fear! I was afraid I was going to drop it or something! I was playing it (if you want to call it that) out of this huge Tweed amp. I was totally overwhelmed. (Does anyone have headphones, please?)
When I picked THIS guitar up, the neck and sound reminded me of that experience. And again - a beautiful woman who was out of my league- but I did not care- I am just going to have to handle it! It happens to be the black maple model as well. The neck is like butter. I think it is an amazing guitar. The best Fender ever mass produced?... there are others more qualified to say... but if you want to give yourself a grown up present- this is an awesome strat IMHO.
Do you guys truly believe this is the best one that Fender ever mass produced? Kindly let me know..

I'm Benjamin Breen from Australia, and I've been learning to play guitar since I was 8 years old, I'm now 19, my whole life I've been playing cheap broken instruments and borrowing school and friends instruments to learn on, when I was 13 my dad took me to my first concert which was G3 with Steve Vai, Steve Lukather, and Satch, it was phenomenal and I even got to meet Steve Vai after the show. My father passed away when I was 15 and because of him I've been strongly persuing music. I'd love to have a guitar in his favourite colour and call it after him, Jason. It's a beautiful guitar and sounds great as well. I'd be playing a lot of different stuff on it, Definitely Red Hot Chillis, John Mayer, Led Zeppelin, Green Day, Megadeth, just a lot of different stuff.

I love the Miami Blue finish it looks so cool plus the new modern features including the push push button gives extra versatility and tones and I love the neck pickup sounds so this is a really special addition. The Pro 2 looks great,sounds great and will make a great new guitar addition for the music I love, blues,rock and jazz.

I love the Fender Strat sound. I am learning guitar and I am overwhelmed about the Strat tone. I am a big fan of John Frusciante and the way his Strat his pushed to the limits. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to experience such a beautiful guitar.
After more than 2 years of abstinence, I went to the Music Station again and played 3 Fender American Professional II Strats, and again I noticed that the woods had little vibrancy, the maple necks were not very dense and responsive, there was little twang, little crunch , wiry-glassy, few overtones, sustain, attack, everything you associate with Fender guitars, everything is less than on my ESP 400 Series Strats and less than on my BLADE Texas models. This can be tested objectively and I can only say that I am extremely disappointed with this price-performance ratio. No, I can no longer objectively understand this adulation regarding Fender Strats. My first Stratocaster was a Fender American Standard Stratocaster and that was my worst guitar of all, a Fender Mexico Standard followed after that, but after I played the ESPs and the BLADEs everything was clear to me, and that proves itself again, every time, when I compare, the same result always comes out - what else can I say, it is true! The ESP-400-Series Strats and the BLADEs have objectively, noticeably and audibly better tonewood, the BLADEs even have a flattened neck-body-joint and covered fret slots and therefore much better playability!!! So, I'm done with Fender, I'm playing something clever, and at a much cheaper price. I don't want to talk anyone out of their love of Fender, I have nothing against you buying the (usually) worse guitars for a far too exorbitant price, you're welcome to do that. Then there will be more BLADEs for me, very simple! Thanks for listening!

Why I would love to win a stratocaster: My name is Lars and I've been playing guitar all my life! Starting out as a classical trained musician. After 10 years of lessons I decided that after listening to Clapton, Toto, RHCP, Hendrix and the Dire Straits, I wanted to take on electric guitar. Being low on budget meant that I played on my line 6 with my yamaha pacifica. Which, don't get me wrong, is a great guitar fo starters and offers a lot. However, since I've started playing electric guitar, I've always wanted to have an actual fender stratocaster. With its versatility and beautiful sound there in no guitar like it! Everytime I walked into a guitar shop I played one of those beauties and as happy as I was playing them, as sad I was leaving the shop empty handed. I wouldn't have any other guitar than a stratocaster, as it fits my playing style perfectly! Furthermore, winning it would also make my brother the happiest person, as he would get my old electric guitar and could start on playing the electric guitar!

I trully want to win this guitar as I'm a HUGE strat fan, but doesn't own one that makes justice to this iconic model yet. All my favorite guitarists play(ed) on strats: Frusciante, Hendrix, SRV, Gilmour, Clapton, Jeff Beck, John Mayer... and I'm pretty sure it's thanks to this model that I started playing the guitar.
Of course I would play all my favourite songs from them, but also all other classical blues and rock songs, from Howlin' Wolf to Zappa and many more! Plus, it would pair magnificiently with my vintage wah.
I hear a big difference between the pine and the alder Tele. I think the pine Tele sounds much fuller (and better imo)! Do you think there's as big a difference between the pine strat and the alder one?

We usually play reaggae and caslipso with ours band but in this period are trying to explore the way of folk music.
