No better way to pay tribute and what an amazing story! Im glad I was able to meet up and not only see my friends but be a small part by helping out! Good seeing you bud and I can’t wait to see how this project continues!
My grandfather died July of 2016 and I was given his 97 Buick lesabre. Nothing too special to anyone else but it sure is to me. Still drive it on the weekends as my toy. It’s a bing cherry color with plenty of chrome, white wall tires with spoked wheels. Great shape for the age and a low mile 3800 to boot. He always wore a blue ball cap and it’s centered in the rear window so he is always with me. Love it to death and this video brought me back to the day I picked it up. Loved the video Kyle.
Chump Johnson I had a 95 park ave that I had to junk last year thanks to that. Replaced bushings and the front end rusted apart after that. Only 91k on a top of the line park ave. Sad sad.

Wow. I am so sorry for your loss. My grandfather died on Monday January 28, 1974. So today it's been 45 years and he is still a huge part of my life. Sorry for your loss, and congratulations on the car When my grandfather passed, I was left a John Deere tractor(a garden tractor, 112) It was beat down and abused. The hardest thing I’ve faced in life was the loss of my grandfather. He was my best friend. So sorry for your loss Kyle. Sending you and your family much love!

Awesome car and so glad you were able to find that car again.. Wish I could find some of my old cars of the past.. Anyway, keep up the good vids and totally get everything you and your family are going thru.
My deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of Papa Slim. I, like you, was very close to my Papa Tony. Lost him years ago, yet still feel his loss everyday. This is a beautiful way to pay tribute to him, with this Ford. He brought you to this car, without a doubt!
Kyle, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Thank you for sharing Papa with us. He will forever ve with us. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Kyle. We greatly appreciate it.
Condolences to you and your family. I understand how you feel, losing your best friend. My Grandmother was my best friend. It's a tremendous loss. But, know that the values, morals and life lessons your Poppa instilled in you will be with you for life and, ostensibly, he will be with you.
The hardest thing I’ve faced in life was the loss of my grandfather. He was my best friend. So sorry for your loss Kyle. Sending you and your family much love!
Just now seeing this video and I'm balling. If I could find my grandfather's car I got from him, 1963 Plymouth Belvedere, I'd be thrilled to have it again. You're videos and tips that you have given are truly appreciated. Thank you for sharing.
So sorry for your loss. Things always happen for a reason. He is riding g right beside you in that beautiful oldie.
RIP!!! By far one of my favorite videos ever of the Grand Marquis getting that borla exhaust and the new tires. His reaction of the after sound is just amazing!!
Amazing tribute to your grandpa. My grandpa died back in 2006 and how I wish I could have kept one of his cars the man loved to work on cars he’s the reason I have such a great love for cars to this day.
R.i.p I know how it feels man may he Rest In Peace
Please send my condolences to your grandfather, Kyle. Papa Slim would be proud to see both you and the Ford now.
Sorry for your grandfather passing may he rest in peace . My grampa. Passed away feb. 2014. He was 91 ww2 veteran taught me a lot of things was a history teacher 1968 and retired in 1992 at Windham high school Willimantic CT Sounds similar how you explained how your grandfather was hip and other things my grandfather had as well. Hope all the family well. And this is amazing that you found the car after all that time that's truly amazing.
Your video hits me hard. My Grandpa was one of the biggest influences in my life and is the reason why I love old muscle cars so much. He had a 39 Chevy 4 door all of my life that he always wanted to restore, he started to but was never able to with his health. I'm sorry that you lost someone special to you.
papa gave this gift of car knowledge and love to you, you took it and ran. and it grew and grew. i KNOW he is proud and smiling right now.
Absolutely wonderful tribute Kyle. Having lost my own grandma last summer, I feel your pain- the loss of a close grandparent is so difficult. Wishing you and your family the very best- your Papa was obviously a very special man.
Also wanted to let you know I’ve be watching you for many years and your genuineness and sincerity is what makes you and your channel such gem on youtube. Truly my favorite. Wishing you the very best
That Ford is super beautiful and gorgeous!
I like it so much.
