Most of it is just copies of the same sketches and pictures of Oswald and past stuff that isn’t at all relevant to a goal of tracking someone down. I mean, if you just compare Oswald’s own board in the first season where he’s very clearly keeping tabs on the three mob bosses to Ed’s little Oswald shrine, the difference is pretty absurd. And with the cinematography used in the moment and the audio they chose, it’s clear it’s meant to come off as creepy and obsessive.
