  • This video will start off a series of quick tips on developing better running mechanics. Geared more toward the newer runner, but hopefully everyone will find a couple useful tips.
    I see a lot of common faults in running mechanics when I am evaluating my patients with running related injuries. Running posture is an important place to start just as I would assess someone's general posture if they came into the PT clinic with any regular injury. Proper posture allows us a base to build good mechanics.
    Train hard,

    make the next mile better than the last one.
