The tip culture needs to be banned, employers need to pay their employees more instead of expecting customers to pay them. I always tip especially when the service is great but sometimes I be like ain’t no way I have to pay for my food and for service. What is the employer doing? I also hate when people say ohhh go home and cook your own food if you don’t want to tip ,like huh? Girl your paid to be here what do you mean!!!

Again, tipping culture 😒 the service wasn't up to her standards. She doesn't owe her a tip. If you want a better tip, offer better service. Service=Tip (extra)
