Or also it can be conducted for concrete?

This test carried out for both highways and concrete works. And results shouldn't more than 12 for sodium sulphate(Na2SO4) and 18 for magnesium sulphate (MgSO4).

Sir, As per (IS2386 Part 5) we have a minimum of 420gm of anhydrous and 1130gm of crystalline form of sodium sulphate is recommended. But y here we take only 215 gms.
