Mayu definitely gets her flowers from those who follow joshi wrestling. She deserves it, though. Maika is a fantastic wrestler and I love her very much.
Eh, I dunno about Mayu. She's probably around the right spot imo. She held a (IMO) secondary belt belt and defended it a handful of times. Other than that, she's mostly been in the background. Matu is a legend, but overall, she wasn't that critical to Stardom storylines. I would argue that Maki Itoh and Unagi Sayaka are way too low on the list. Both should be 30 spots higher. But to each their own.
Ito did not have a good title reign though as well as not many defences. She would lose in tags regularly and she wasn’t the main focus even though she was Champion either especially when Charlotte was around so I can see all that effecting her position. But that is down to booking rather than a reflection on her talents
@@mttyler Maika only had 6 defenses as well with the red belt and she wasn't the focus of much of Stardom's main stories, either. And she lost plenty of trios and such matches too. At this point, it's basically who you simp for more is who you think should be higher. And that's fine.
I never get mad at these lists because i can admit i havent watched every wrestling promotion out there. So who makes the list is great for the wrestlers but i won't a fit like the other iwc do every year.
Maika was Stardom champ for a long time in the period until some weird booking decisions, then she won the 5 Star GP. But yeah. Iyo behind Liv & Roxanne is bs.

More confused by Liv Morgan being above Iyo, since she was out injured the first months, and did nothing until a couple months after Wrestlemania.
Whoever did this list left out one of the Greatest Women’s Professional Wrestler ever Danni Bee OKC from Oklahoma City the Big Buzz herself. Danni Bee belongs in the top ten if not number one on the PWI list In a little over three short years that she has been wrestling she has appeared on AEW worked for WWE and currently signed a contract with NWA . Danni Bee won Booker T’s reality training camp as the Best Wrestler she has won the following titles ASP, Heart of Texas, Sabotage Wrestling, NCWO, Hurricane Pro Title, WAC title, and is currently the New Texas Pro Champion and still holds the title which she has held for a year now has won the WAC , Mission Pro, and NWA tag team title which she still holds today.
