Jack, 3rd temperature sensor was not secured on the 2nd battery case. I was about to leave a comment offering myself as a QC volunteer, but then I saw later in the video at 18:20 that you found your miss and corrected it! Very nice. Just might want to pin this so others don't forget to overlook it or edit your notes in the description. You found it, but others might miss it if they were skipping through it.
I can’t wait to watch your video on the performance of the new battery formulation. It would be great to see how individual ingenuity can compete with corporate research.
Jack, Im actually waiting for your sodium batteries to be available so I can get one for my Prius-C. But I do have a question about it that I just need clarifications on. The electronics that came with the original battery pack was design for a different battery chemistry. Can you explain how the original electronics would work with the sodium chemistry?
Just as they would when you go to Lithium. The ECUs in these Prii are smarter than everyone's been led to believe. Heh, if you only knew what I know about the engines these days and the upgrades available you'd wonder why everyone's been so timid to upgrade these vehicles.
I AM thinking in installing 63 cells prismatic lifepo4 3.2 V and 74Ah. I hace doubts about a pair of things: the original battery measures the voltage at each pair of modules at about 14.4 V nominal. This is no posible with 3.2V cells as You can measures at five cells at 16 V nominal. How will interpretate the BMS this i terms of SOC ? Thnks
Can you do a 2 hour video of installation with no breaks? I know it's obvious to you, but when you rush over steps it makes me nervous about doing this myself. Even if it takes me 5 hours I'd want to do it right, and I need someone to walk me through every step of installation, without missing any detail out.

Hello, when will you find a solution for Honda Civic 2006 to 2011 hybrid cars? Thank you.❤
Is the BMS without any modification? Thanks
Jack when can we expect the lexus ls600h battery pack?
how long this prius worked on the Neccell ?
Jeff can you please tell me if you had any problems after you did the engine swap on the Gen 3 with Gen 4 engine swap? Is the Prius still running?
I want one :)
Please don’t forget us plug in prius folks. I can’t wait upgrade my battery to your sodium system.
You'll lose range if you change from lithum to sodium as it's less energy dense... not an "upgrade"
@@AnonymousV4it is if I still have just a stock battery.
@@noahl3192 The stock Plug-In battery is already lithium

You don't have to take the seat out😂
why take down the video where you hit the battery with a hammer🔨
